    People only talk about "the cost of production in Africa is high" forgetting the external pressure from foreign companies in the west to kill off competition and that some of our leaders get paid by foreign governments to deliberately keep our countries poor.
    If Kenya's national government ordered only 100 vehicles per year and each county government 10 vehicles per year, then we wouldn't have been talking about the collapse of the Mobius.

      Actually Uganda was ahead of Kenya in 60s and 70s as what my late Father told me, but I don't know what went wrong the country got stuck to where it was till today😮

      @artisthusnatalal3099 Uganda has never been a head of Kenya. Check history coz in the 70 and 80s all commodities were coming from kenya including home steady items. Mere items like salt, sugar, cooking oil etc were coming from kenya until early 90s when manufacturing companies started booming in Uganda. Remember Uganda had civil wars from 70s up to late 90s and early 2006

    The sister city is Oaklands, not Northlands. Both Tatu and Oaklands used to be coffee farms run by Socfinaf, nowadays called Koffinaf.

    The realtor has misled you on some facts Mr. Connect. CCI is a call center not a data center. Tatu is not 100%, by the way renewable energy is not limited to solar, it includes Geothermal and Hydro which are distributed by Kenya power. Again IXAfrica is the largest data center in East Africa and its in Nairobi

    10:30 28 to 32 million kenya shillings for 2* 50*100 ¼ acre is affordable? Thats expensive for middle income earners kenyans which are the majority, that can only be afforded by the rich and wealthy not consindering the type of development required will cost upwards of 100 million only the rich and wealthy can afford that kind of money. For me generally kenya being a lower middle income country thats quite expensive
