In Rovereto (Trento, TN) you can find the Peace Bell in memory of the fallen of all wars.
Cast with the bronze of the cannons of the nations participating in the First World War, it is the largest bell in the world that rings at full length: every evening, at sunset, its one hundred tolls are a warning of universal peace.
Monument symbol of Rovereto, the bell is made with the bronze of the cannons of the nations participating in the First World War. The "Maria Dolens" Bell of the Fallen and Peace was intuited and desired by the Rovereto priest Don Antonio Rossaro in the aftermath of the Great War as an imperishable symbol of condemnation of the conflict, of pacification of consciences, of brotherhood among men.
Made with the bronze of the cannons of the nations participating in the First World War, it rang the first toll on October 4, 1925. With its 3.21 meters in diameter and its weight of 22.639 tons, Maria Dolens is the largest bell in the world that rings at expanse.
Every evening, from Colle di Miravalle, the Bell rings one hundred tolls in memory of the military and civilian dead of wars around the world, uniting peoples and nations in an ideal of brotherhood and peace. To date, 99 flags from five continents, including the banner of the UN, the Council of Europe and the Roma-Sinti people fly in this place.
On January 18, 1968, the Campana dei Caduti Foundation was born. On 10 May 2006 it obtained the partnership with the Council of Europe and in August 2009 it was awarded by the U.N. special consultative status. The Foundation therefore carries out its activity at an international level, maintaining a strong link with the territory through congresses, demonstrations, exhibitions, artistic events with the aim of promoting a culture of peace and dialogue between peoples and nations.
Monument symbol of the search for peace worldwide, the Bell still rings 100 times every evening at 9.30 pm and on Sundays at noon to remind us all of the importance of peace and respect for human rights.

Mi dispiace ma non è la più grande al mondo a distesa! E non lo era mai stata. La più grande al mondo che suoni a distesa è la vox patris in Fa#1 da 55 tonnellate diametro 4,45 metri Al secondo posto abbiamo la gotemba in Lab1 o Sol#1 da 36 tonnellate, diametro 3,80 metri poi abbiamo la peace Bell in Ohio da 30 tonnellate in La1 Diametro 3,65 metri, seguita dalla kaiserglocke da 27 tonnellate in Sib1 in kölner dom diametro 3,40 metri distrutta nel 1918 poi abbiamo il Do2 della cattedrale di Bucarest da 25 tonnellate per 3,35 metri di diametro. E poi la petersglocke in kölner dom in Do2 calante, diametro 3,22 metri 24 tonnellate, poi la Maria dolens rovereto nota Si1 con ottava inferiore stonata in Do1, da 22,5 tonnellate diametro 3,21 metri. Spero di esserti stato esaustivo
