A warden would be with them during those meetings to make sure Martinez followed the strict rules, otherwise she would be punished and lose her visitation rights. I worked as a custodian in the Mpls, MN school district in two Hi-5=preschool to 5th grade schools. I can tell you exactly how they are teaching CRT without having it in their curriculum. It's called "conversation starters" They fill the school and media center-library and classrooms with books and posters all over the school. They have the kids read the books and discuss the posters to elicit questions. That way they can just say "the children asked the question", we did not teach or bring it up. Their also doing the same with LGBTQ grooming with books such as "Sex is a funny Word" Which has all kinds of graphic picture's of penis's and vagina's. The Author of this book and other children books is, "Cory Silverberg" who is a gay man living in Canada and who is the owner of a Porn store and sex toy web page. This seems to be a bit of a conflict of interest if you were really concerned in teaching young children a healthy sex education. They need to learn how to read and write before learning this

I've worked in peoples homes of various backgrounds and heritage in 5 counties of SoCal, that was 4 years ago, and I have to tell you that 80%(+) of the people we talked to who were Conservative, Libertarian, Independent, including the few Democrats that have seen the Leftist/Progressivism go soo FAR Left, they couldn't identify with them any-longer. Many of these people we met were Teachers/Professors, most were Retiring because what schoolboards wanted them to teach, and not "rock the boat". It happened to Abigail Martinez, a mother in California who lost the custody of her daughter to the State. Martinez didn’t want to sign the papers for her young daughter to have a sex change operation. She thought if her daughter or anyone wanted to change their genders, they should do so when they became adults. The State of California didn’t agree with her. They brutally and viciously terrorized Martinez and filed “abuse” charges on her for not signing the sex change procedures documents. Eventually they took her daughter away and Yaeli became a ward of the State. They only allowed Martinez to see her daughter 1 hour a week and she was given a list of topics she should not bring it up. A warden would be with them during those meetings to make sure Martinez followed the strict rules, otherwise she would be punished and lose her visitation rights. After the young girl had her sex change operation, the State of California dumped the now “boy” to several foster homes. Yaeli eventually killed herself in front of a train. Her heartbreaking story is in a docudrama out now on Epoch TV. Democrats got exposed and now are censoring it like crazy. Agreed... except when there are signs that the parent is manipulating the child beyond what is mentally healthy for the child. I think regulations and expectations should be in place to make fully informed decisions as physicians, parents and the child to ensure that it really is their choice.
All the more reason to have an LGBTQ curriculum. At least 5% of the population isn’t straight. That means most students are in classes with LGBTQ kids. They need to learn about the issues, debate them and learn to get along EVEN WHEN THEY DO NOT AGREE.
Valid point. 0.6% of the population is trans, 29% of California students are functionally illiterate. Fix the educational system first, then we can talk about incorporating gender studies. I do think parents are failing their children though, they aren't making them read at home, they aren't giving them guidance and structure, so when these kids get to school and teachers feel like they are raising these kids, of course they are going to teach them what they want them to know. I think the perfect example is the mom who got mad at the school district because her kid literally couldn't read, and it's like, if you had checked in on your kid while they were doing (or not doing) their homework, you would know that your kid can't read.

I’m honestly surprised this passed in commifornia the grooming capital of the world. Why would people not want parents notified if their underage kid is transitioning. It sounds to me like anyone opposed wants to groom and diddle kids. Once the kid becomes an adult at 18 if they want to chop their wiener off go for it. Most will regret it later and many have. I know from the time I was 18 until I was 25 my opinion on almost everything changed and so did my way of thinking. I honestly think you shouldn’t make permanent decisions until you are at least 25.

I worked as a custodian in the Mpls, MN school district in two Hi-5=preschool to 5th grade schools. I can tell you exactly how they are teaching CRT without having it in their curriculum. It's called "conversation starters" They fill the school and media center-library and classrooms with books and posters all over the school. They have the kids read the books and discuss the posters to elicit questions. That way they can just say "the children asked the question", we did not teach or bring it up. Their also doing the same with LGBTQ grooming with books such as "Sex is a funny Word" Which has all kinds of graphic picture's of penis's and vagina's. The Author of this book and other children books is, "Cory Silverberg" who is a gay man living in Canada and who is the owner of a Porn store and sex toy web page. This seems to be a bit of a conflict of interest if you were really concerned in teaching young children a healthy sex education. They need to learn how to read and write before learning this
