Can’t be more prouder to being a Sens fan with this guy as the owner. I will be honest, during those dark days 2018-2022 I was looking for another team to cheer for because of former owner and all the circus around this team. However, I am glad I stuck with this team during this circus because Andlouer seems to be a genuine owner. Go Sens go!
Brent Wallace, your comment to how you interview, is exactly what makes you best in class in your field. Honest, grounded, people first and genuine. Appreciate you both & stay true to those values as they serve you well. Much love Boyz. Seen & appreciated by so many. Keep on keepin' on. Thank you!
Michael is the best possible outcome, when it came to this process. Finally an owner who gives a damn about the fans. Change dosen’t happen overnight, but definitely going in the right direction.
Mr Andlauer is best in class ownership and I am extremely proud to have him represent this franchise and can’t wait see this team on the ice this season!
Me too this team will make us all proud with an GREAT owner like Michael . Can't wait for the season to start off well on a positive note in team play. Go Sens Go !
Best line by far. If I give you the best tools possible for you to be successful then I can hold you accountable! I’ve been waiting over a decade to hear that mindset.
It's great to see the team reaching out to fans in Quebec as well as the Ottawa area. I hope that more fans in SW Ontario will jump onto the fan caravan
Totally agree with Yorkie about how we are lucky to have as nice an arena as we do. If they just airdrop the whole building into Lebreton, that would immediately be a top tier arena, finally in a great location
Well done Gents. All class. Michael Andlauer's approach makes me proud to be a Sens fan. Not just for the city, or the Team, but the organization as a whole. And that's the point. Michael Andlauer gets it and that is trickling through the ranks in the most positive of ways. A distance to travel, but I'm happy to be on this bus and where it's going! Go Sens Go!
When I was 12, the Habs alumni came to our little town of Shawville to play our local men's team. My father, somehow, knew Rocket Richard, and I met the man between the first and second period and he bought me a hot chocolate and told me he should take me home to his wife who'd love me. During stoppages, he'd chat with my father. I'm 56 now and still remember it clearly. I always wondered why Ottawa alumni don't have games like that on occasion (if they do, please invite Shawn McEachern so I can finally meet him). It's great for older fans to remember seeing their favourite players, but it also builds such great memories for new fans. Which helps the current team. After meeting The Rocket when I was 12, I followed Montreal for years, and when I was old enough, would go to fan events in Montreal by bus, went to a few games, saw Montreal in the 80s play an exhibition game against Pittsburgh in Hull. These are things I will never forget, and I tell my grandchildren about them.
Thanks Wally & Yorkie one of my favorite epp. Micheal is the best owner Ottawa Senators could ever wish for as a fan. I like all his ideas on how he will make this team a winner. Can't wait for the next chapter of a promising 2024-25 season. Go Sens Go !
I just listened to MA mention Gatineau and the fans of Gatineau about 10 times in a twenty minute podcast. I can’t for the life of me remember 10 times I’ve heard the previous owner speak the word Gatineau. J’espère que les jeunes de l’Outaouais ce sent aussi inclus.
I missed the live! Darn! I sat in the 300s, Yorkie. I suffer from vertigo and fear of heights. But it was 1999 and the Sens were on a winning streak. Watching the teams come out and warm up, I couldn't watch it, or I got dizzy. The game was great, the view of the whole game was fantastic, but I did not jump up in excitement once or I'd have fallen into the fans in front of me. Climbing down those stairs was an adventure.
Great to have him on. Really likeable and seems to be doing things the right way. One piece of constructive criticism… he needs a best in class headset for his phone :)
Rossetti Architect in Detroit Michigan was the designer of the arena in Kanata. Bruce Firestone or Cyril Leeder can confirm this as they were the ones filing the planning applications for the site development with Kanata and RMOC. I was a member of Kanata Planning staff at the time and I recall them saying they liked Rossetti's design of the Palace at Auburn Hills near Detroit because of the good site lines and that was a reason for them hiring Rossetti. It would be an interesting interview with Bruce or Cyril to hear them speak of the challenges of getting the approvals in place for the arena, such as the new interchange with Highway 417 involving MTO as well as dealing with Ministry of Natural Resources as to whether or not the Carp River was a navigable waterway!
I was on my last leg as a Sens fan. I gave them loyalty since day one, but the chaos was becoming unbearable, and Melnyks frugality literally turned us into a farm team for the NHL. Enter Mr. Andlauer and he is bringing the type of structure and stability that is actually making me hope again. Watching Steve and how he leads calmly and with vision is also inspiring. For the first time, I feel like we are a legitimate franchise. The GM is no longer hockey ops, scouting, marketing, and pitching hot dogs between periods.
Great interview as always! As for Carkner... I'll never forget his triple OT goal in the playoffs. Same series where he, Andy Sutton, Anton Volchenkov, and Filip Kuba were all laying the boom. It's etched into my mind forever
The convo on the rink. Similar to this is what makes 'a home a home.' The building is the shell. And yes, accessibility etc. but...... the most significant of 'buts,' if there's no strong family within the home, who wants to pay it a visit? Players, support and Fans first. Priorities are rightfully aligned and all good things will flow from there.
Great show! Hoping that once the renos are done to the gym/treatment areas Brent can get his reporter hat on and take a camera to show us some of the changes.
Oh yeah he is wicked I like him a lot, I feel he have a great Hart... One Hart One Love🎉🎉🎉🎉great show gentleman!!I have been having a great time with all your guests..
I love the way MA has approached ownership and not repeating the same mistakes by reacting without a plan. ...as for the bird feeder he is surrounded by bird shit!
Ive just recently subscribed to your vlog best sens vlog going theres a couple id love to have that stick for the best sens collection in ottawa my collection heres my best piece

You can feel the warmth, love trying to recruit fans from Gatineau! Let’s unite the capital region!
Mr Andlauer is best in class ownership and I am extremely proud to have him represent this franchise and can’t wait see this team on the ice this season!

Forget the ottawa senators any good boss should have this mind set

What a fantastic run of interviews!

Summer of Wally for sure. This show is evolving keep up the good work!

Love Micheal’s attitude. He will no doubt be a fantastic owner for a long time/.
Hes such a humble approachable person for someone with over a billion dollars, i couldn't be happier, snoop dogg and Ryan Reynolds be damned
God bless. Love the direction management is taking us into the future.
Long time coming to have an owner like Micheal Aaaaandlauer
Great to have him on. Really likeable and seems to be doing things the right way.

SO pumped for the future. This team wasn’t great last year, but they’re still very young. Anyone in hockey knows this team has massive potential.

I really really like the new owner. He seems really down to earth and easy going. Real salt of the earth kinda guy.
What a get! Great interview. I feel like the Sens are in good hands!
Great interview as always!

& Funny too,I'm happy you 2 are getting more United!!!👊👋

Great owner - lucky to have him
This gentleman knows you need to control all the things you can control. Make it an organization players want to sign with.
Great interview!
Great show! Hoping that once the renos are done to the gym/treatment areas Brent can get his reporter hat on and take a camera to show us some of the changes.
Appreciate that Yorkie mentioned the "Queen’s way"…if you live in Ottawa, you know that it’s not referred to as a 400 series highway. 👏
Great show guys!
Thanks David
Oh yeah he is wicked I like him a lot, I feel he have a great Hart... One Hart One Love🎉🎉🎉🎉great show gentleman!!I have been having a great time with all your guests..
Solid show, the big boss man in the house.
M.A is best in class ownership. We went from having bottom 5 owner in sports to at least being one of the better owners in the nhl
I’m going to watch it now because I didn’t see it this morning
What a class act Mr. Andlauer is! Great interview gentlemen, but one question remains…what cook does he like on his steak? 😂
been in the 300's, been in the 200's behind the net and been in the 100's on the goal line
Today I learned Yorkie has terrible taste in movies. Deadpool & Wolverine was hilarious and awesome!!
THATS MY QUAR-... OWNER 🥲🥲🥲🥲
Best in Class
I love the way MA has approached ownership and not repeating the same mistakes by reacting without a plan. ...as for the bird feeder he is surrounded by bird shit!
Will the Sens make the playoffs this upcoming season or not till the following year?
Ive just recently subscribed to your vlog best sens vlog going theres a couple id love to have that stick for the best sens collection in ottawa my collection heres my best piece
Summer of Wally lives on
Keep the rink where it is!
Yes please get alfie on the show!
A grest owner and his approach to the team and the staff is èxactly what we need to start the steady 47:04 march to a Stanley Cup.
You don't get the same leeway as the owner Brent. You need a bird feeder. Give in now, or not, because its entertaining.
I will not be bullied!
@@brentwallace3724 Of course not. Someone just needs to mention it to Lisa. Amirite?
@@PeterDrake Blocked and reported! ;)
Did DJ Smith send those geese over to shit on Mr.Andlauer's lawn?
Fans will not be bussing ... there's no time in the day. This is a car city and the 15 minute pipe dream will be a failed idea.
Arena is staying in kanata 💯💯💯❤
Lots of room for a new rink in Arnprior...
Marners soft
Jason York has the worst taste in movies lol
Hmmm. I get it, I feel for Staois and his wife but what exactly did he accomplish?? Not much in my opinion.
