      Hi Paul, Audrey left a review a few months later about a flight on a weekend away to Edinburgh and how she had no symptoms of anxiety or fear on the flight over or back. . I then spoke to her over a year later and she is still all good. Also here some reels of video clients reviews/testimonials of before and after results see ruclips.net/video/jGvCDDQGMRw/видео.html

    Hi Stephen, I am wondering if the techinque can be used also exaclty when we are caught in a moment of deep low mood or anxiety or it should be used only reacalling a traumatic memory on purpose. And shall we repeat the process several times untill we get close to zero? Unfortunately I cant find a patrictioner here in Italy.

      Hi Luca thank you for your question. There are many different types of Haveninngs. The technique I use above can be used for a for a moment of low mood or anxiety. However this could more of symptom of coming from past issues. So ideally it would be best to address them too. This is where seeing a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner could be very helpful. A colleague of mine in Italy is Certified in Havening. If you wish to contact her please see her website www.veronicamonte.com/ Alternatively Skype sessions would also be an option with a practitioner too.

      There’s a big difference between healing and coping for trauma. Why is Havening a coping technique and not a healing technique? This woman dares to fly now,
      but what about her deeper control mechanisms on other stuff?

    Hi Stephen if you can self haven yourself why would setting the appointment with someone else be necessary?

    • @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin
      @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin  4 года назад +2

      Hi Ruth great question. To achieve the best outcomes and results it is very important to identify and pinpoint the events or issues that are causing the symptoms/problems. That would be one of the main reasons. Plus there are are many different types of Havening Techniques that be used on different issues. In my demo above you are seeing only one of the Havening Techniques being applied.
      At the 2 day Havening Techniques Training we go into much more depth and detail. Please see stravershypnosis.com/certified-havening-training/ for more information. There is so much more to learn and discover. Thank you for your question.

    Asking people to go back to when they "think" the trauma began is guess work though no? ,,Wouldnt Regression be far better and more successful ? Curious

    • @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin
      @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin  5 лет назад +2

      In the Havening Techniques Training we teach you how to quickly pinpoint and identity the root cause trauma (s) that can be causing anxiety based issues and symptoms. Regression work is often unnecessary then. Thank you for the question.

      Just came across the video & saw your comment. In my experience as a certified practitioner, the “event” a client pinpoints the first time is not always the origin. . . But in the process of treatment, as the brain calms & feels safer, the earlier event may come to the foreground for the client. Sometimes after treating the first memory, sometimes in the middle of that treatment. All sorts of things can become clearer for the client, and the practitioner can respond to such changes with any number of strategies among the techniques. Its quite amazing stuff & can have results very quickly that last weeks, months, and even permanently.

    How do you remove chronic pain (from a fall down concrete stairs) that you NOW KNOW is psychological? But, you're not sure of the traumatic cause? Then what do you think of when you need to start a Self Havening session? I mean, if you don't know the emotional/traumatic reason behind it exactly? Sure would appreciate an answer :))

    • @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin
      @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin  4 года назад +1

      Hi Nancy chronic pain can be more complex for some of the reasons you mentioned. Sometimes there can be an earlier event or memory that needs to be Havened too or first. Seeing a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner could be a good option, or attending a Havening 2 day training course where we teach a module about chronic pain in much more detail. Please feel free to email me at info@haveningireland.ie with your number for a free phone consultation to discuss further.

      @@StephenTraversHypnosisDublin Thank you... yes, I do test (mt) that it is, indeed, an earlier event/trauma... working on releasing that first... thank you. Question however: can a person 'detox' from doing this? I tend to have more pain right after, but that could be from what you said - that I had to remove an earlier event.

    • @StephenTraversHypnosisDublin

      @@nancybrady6901 your welcome. I am not sure I understand your question regarding the can a person detox from doing this. However it's worth mentioning chronic pain can be a symptom of pathological or suppressed emotions such as anger and rage. There is a technique called Transiprational Havening which can be used to help release these feelings and is usually best performed by seeing a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner

    Havening Techniques relies on the principles of neuroscience to deactivate the trauma in the limbic system which results in a significantly decreased presentation of trauma and other fear-based disorder symptoms. "
    'Havening' is pseudoscience unsupported by any meaningful research," said Melissa Hunt, who has a doctorate in psychology and is an associate director of clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
    What is true????

      You are always going to get some closed-minded comments by someone, and her degrees mean absolutely nothing then - they are just an appeal to authority. All you need is one testimonial, let alone 1,000s.
