The Culprits That Cause Acne

  • There are three main things that I recommend you avoid eating if you are dealing with acne.
First of all, dairy. Hormones (including growth hormones) in dairy, particularly A1 casein dairy, contribute largely to the cause of acne. Large controlled trials have found cow’s milk increased both the number of people who got acne and its severity.
Other acne-triggering dietary culprits include processed fats like trans fats, which increase arachidonic acid levels and compete with omega-3 fats in the body, leading to more inflammation and acne.
I also, highly recommend avoiding sugar if you have acne. Sugar raises insulin levels, which promotes inflammation in general, causing acne. Large randomized prospective controlled trials (the gold standard of medical research) found people who had higher sugar intake and a high glycemic load diet (more bread, rice, cereal, pasta, sugar, and flour products of all kinds) had significantly more acne.

It makes more sense for them to have more acne, oily faces due to the heat, lots of meat and dairy and stress. Many like my self would end up having a chronic illness due to stress from a young age causing acne longer term.

I even wash my face with dairy yogurt. That's how I first got rid of terrible acne. This wasn't even A2 milk.
And this is something I needed to say because now I only drink grass fed A2 milk.
But my acne in 2020 totally disappeared few months in fact one month after I was washing my face with yogurt n turmeric.
Now why do I say it is yogurt.
Because I became vegan in 2021 for few months or Half a year almost. I still washed face with turmeric n flour that I used before but my acne was back n never went away for over a year
Even when I started drinking milk it did not go away.
But as soon as I started cleaning my face with yogurt again it went away.
This is a 100% honest experience which I had to share because people saw I had no acne before becoming vegan which had gond away year before due to regularly washing my face with yogurt.
Then it came and didn't go for a year almost.
I will now only get acne ever if I detox my body for a short period of a month or two during detox phase. But then it disappears again.
But I don't detox all the time.
Thanks to dairy to keep my skin clean! I hardly put water. Just yogurt with same turmeric n flour. 🙏🏻

It's possible that the acid in the yogurt is actually killing demodex mites, which are also a cause of acne. No one talks about this though. Nor are doctors putting together the risks of dementia with follicular demodex. Demodex will cause yeast infection of the subdermal layer, which if in the nostrils, could pass through the blood brain barrier. The implications of yeast infection associated with dementia was just publicized a week ago.
