Dairy free is totally changing my life. I'm not consuming dairy for like 2 years straight and my skin was never been cleaner than before. I still drink dairy though, but like once or two times per month. Back in high school, i used to drink milk every morning and my face is full of acne everyday.
Weird that some dermatologists don't even care to bother telling their patients to cut down on those things and to take a look on one's diet. Thank you so much for the video, I have learned so much and I will try to implement those changes into my life.
This is such a great video! It took me years to figure out what affected my skin so severely; and it’s sugar. Now I try to only eat natural sugars like in fruits, and my skin has cleared up so much!
This is great information! I've also discovered that in addition to sugar and dairy, wheat and gluten products cause inflammation. I've cut it out of my diet along with dairy, and I've noticed a big difference in my skin. Less breakouts and less bloating. Sugar is my problem child, but I try to minimize it when I can.
Thank you, i hate when people say chocolate and fat makes you have pimples... when its sugar and milk in chocolate bars. i make oatmeal with oat milk lol, is thicc af. And Chia seed lemonade is the best, one tablespoon of chia sheed per liter of lemonade, is the original bubble drink, and good for you.
I went *DAIRY (lol my bad) free 3 weeks ago and it is AMAZING! I started to see results in a week. My skin is still healing and I still have breakouts but even my family has noticed a difference. You can take flaxseed oil supplements instead of adding it to your food. It is low in cholesterol in comparison to fish oil supplements AND has more Omega Fatty Acids!!!
That's right I've tried many medications and went to 3 different doctors/dermatologist but my acne is still back. I've been in a dairy free diet for 3 weeks now. I can see the improvement in my skin. Less pimple and my skin became dry too. I was so oily back then. I'm going to try change my lifestyle slowly but sure.
I'm lactose intolerant and when I grew up with my grandparents, my grandmother was big on not eating sugars because diabetes was common for the females on her side. I decided to drink Almond milk to allow my stomach a break; I don't really eat too much sugar even in cereals. When I went back to milk because I ran out of almond milk and my mom couldn't remember what kind I drank (vanilla), I noticed I had an increase in acne flare-ups. When I went back to almond milk, I noticed my acne flare-ups went down.
My skin was clear when I've been lay-low from soda and sweets before. But recently I noticed that my acne got triggered again when Im into soda this past few weeks.😿 very informative vids. I gained knowledge☺️ thankyou!

It's been 12 days since I cut sugar and dairy, and I reduced my intake of refined carbs, and yeah I see huge difference, because before I started this diet, I used to wake up every day with new pimples on my face, the longest I've gone without waking up without new pimples was 3 days(I have been struggling with acne for 7 years) but now it's been 10 days and there are no new pimples, and the acne on my face is already healing and fading away, same with the acne on my shoulders and chest, I still have marks though, however I won't lie, ever since I stopped sugar consumption I feel like sh*t, I can't stop craving sugary stuff and sweet deserts, and I keep looking at recipes of cake,donut...and all that crap, the only thing keeping from actual giving in is my progress with my skin, I've never in my 7 year struggle with acne had this much improvement in a matter of few days, and I don't want to ruin everything
I absolutely love this video. I have cystic acne and I am on the verge of accutane and I have been so confused about whether I want to do it or not...thinking months about this. It's a big personal decision. I've cut out sugar and dairy which is soooo hard for me because I havent found a milk replacement that I like. I want to try the oat milk after watching this! Thanks so much for all of this info! I'd love more gut health/acne videos like this!
Oh man, I can't imagine the pain you're going through right now! It's definitely a difficult process but one we both know will help in the long run. Oat milk is pretty great so we hope it's something that suits your palate! Wishing you all the best in your skincare journey! ❤️️❤️️
At 28 and all through my 20's actually I was infested with big nasty whiteheads all over my forehead, By the time they went away 10 more would sprout up to replace them. Tried all the face washes, quit coffee, changing pillow cases etc.. and nothing worked. So decided to quit all dairy and protein shakes/bars this year and over a month later my face has 100% cleared up and not a new zit in weeks which is miraculous for me. Just faded tiny spots that are going away from where the old ones were. Without a doubt the dairy was my sole contributing factor.
I did an elimination diet. And discovered that I was allergic to dairy. I got red bumps that developed into acne when I added dairy into the elimination round and it was horrible. I've been dairy free for almost a year now and my face has never been more normal.

i read alot of people that used stridex. it’s basically an exfoliating pads loaded with 2% salicylic acid which is a superb ingredient for fighting acne. plus it’s very cheap. but i haven’t got the chance to try it out myself yet😆
Woah.... this actually confirmed with what my dermatologist recommended for me to do when it comes to milk. I had hormonal acne and aside from giving me medication for my acne and topical ointments, she also told me to avoid milk due to the hormones that it contains. I’m currently drinking only almond milk and my skin has never looked better. Also, another thing I like to add, having too much androgens can also make you have irregular periods. Too much androgens causes your body not to ovulate, thus making your menstrual cycle more irregular and heavier on the flow. Thanks for always informing everyone on how to take care of ourselves inside out 😁😁😁
I had the worst acne a few years ago, and as soon as I stopped consuming dairy and other animal products, it improved so much! Now on a bad day it’s 5% of what it used to look like, this was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.
I was just going to try start eat vegan for a month or so because I think milk and sugar and stuff is whats causing my acne, so thanks for giving some more in debth information!
omg I sooooo loved this video. I have pcos and this goes hand in hand and I had no idea this played a role in my acne breakouts. I learn so much on this channel.
I stopped dairy and sugar and my skin is clear(also i lost weight)! It only breaks out a little when its the time of the month. I have been eating ALOT of red bell peppers, spinach, almonds, and carrots (daily as snacks). Also i noticed that products that include petroleum and mineral oils clog my pores so i try to stay away!
If u want another way to find foods but stay at your local grocery stores shopwell has an app that u put in your dietary needs and then u scan your food and it tells you if it works with your diet restrictions
i was hopped on soda for the last month and my skin freaked out, i knew it was not helping but sugar is so addictive. i’ve been avoiding it for a couple of weeks since then and my skin calmed down instantaneously. hopefully will let go of sugar and milk before this year ends. thanks for all the info you keep providing.
The struggle is real! Sounds like you're making a great effort to better your lifestyle though! But instead of cutting sugar off immediately, it's more realistic to take baby steps (don't forget that you're not punishing yourself so you're def allowed cheat days). Also, nowadays we have alternative sweeteners like coconut sugar, honey, and the like, so find out what works for you! Wish you all the best! 😉😉
Beauty Within yes, i’ve come to realize that depriving it all together does more harm. so i’m letting go little by little. honestly discovering your channel has been a miracle. not all the things work, but most of your tips are helping me so much. on top of that you don’t push to buy and try everything which is a plus because everyone has a agenda in this new world of consumerism
I'm trying to drink and eat less dairy products & sugar lately because my friend suggest it. I think it really help minimizing my acne, but i don't know why. But after watching this video now i finally understand why. Thank you for uploading this video!!

Thank you soooo much. I literally adjusted my entire grocery list based on this video lol. Y'all are amazing. May Allah (The God) help you with the right path InshAllah (Godwilling). Ameen I am trying this new homemade skincare routine. If I get more than 500 likes, that means people are interested, I will share it with you. My skin looked really bad last week and this week I am actually shocked how fast and well it recovered. And the most important ingredient is Matcha powder. I hope y'all have a great weekend. Peace and love to you all.
Hi, my best friend is also dry but acne prone. She actually change her skincare routine and focused with hydrating the skin. She used to focused only with acne, so her products mostly isn't hydrating her skin enough and her acne still persist. She rarely get acne now because her skin is much more hydrated. She told me her conclusion that dry skin is basically dehydrated skin and that could also led to acne, so hydration is a key. I hope this helps you.
y thank you for your reply. I have recently changed my skin routine and have definitely seen an improvement. Unfortunately for me a lot of my acne is hormonal so a good routine won't stop more from coming :(
@@leahstokes1168 I'm now in my 20s and my problem is also hormonal acne. I tried dairy free for almost 2 years straight and my skin is so much better now. I'm struggling with not eating sugar thought, but dairy free is life changing. You should try it. I rarely get acne now. I still get acne on my period, but not as bad as when I still drink dairy.
I have battled acne for 5 years now. I took even Accutane from a dermatologist and still can't stop the breakouts! Just recently, I discovered that all kinds of milk even fat free products, yogurt, kefir and coffee can make my acne worse. Also about rise cakes, be careful cause in some countries (UK) they are made from skimmed milk
A somewhat hilarious side effect I've noticed switching from eating garbage to eating a lot of good overall things is that somehow i am actually struggling with too much excess energy, i went from feeling lazy and sleeping 12 hours to full turbo mode just scratching 6 hours of sleep, even trying to cut coffee comes to no avail, i wonder what it is, it's like my body has turned explosive. My theory is that my body is shocked, for many years it hasn't worked right, and all of the sudden out of a rare blue moon it's being bombed with things it needs, i'll see if a calm down a bit, hopefully lol.
Idk if u remember but I was on the live! So I have a video request, so recently I've been looking into starting a sheet mask collection. I searched for reviews or holy grails but 1.) there's like none of those videos 2.) if there is I don't trust them 3.) they're from years ago I only trust u guys with my skin so plz do this video! And ofc I have to say this, I love u guys sm! U guys r so credible!
I haven't had a singleeeee break out since I cut out dairy and it's been 3 months. Except this one time I ate too much spicy food. I haven't looked back at dairy milk since. Tea, coffee, smoothies and punches, cereals etc are just as delicious maybe even more delicious. I can't wait to start eating yogurts and ice cream made from dairy free milk. I am going to cut out sugar now! I am thinking about stevia as a sweetener because I heard it has a zero gylcemic index which means zero glucose and 1000x sweeter than sugar. Thank you so much for this video
Coffee is very healthy given you consume it in modest amounts, i had to cut back on it as i drank godlike amounts of it, talking up to 30+ pretty big cups a day lol
I stopped eating sugar about 15 years ago and in general I'm not a sweet tooth (no cakes, chocolate, biscuits.. not even honey or dried fruit). I've always hated milk and recently I stopped eating dairy at all to help clear my skin. I eat all the healthy foods you recommended in the video (like spinach, kale, flaxseeds, blueberries, salmon, matcha), I take the anti-inflammatory supplements (spirulina, turmeric, sulfur, probiotics), have a strict skincare routine (together with tretinoin), change my pillowcase/towel and drink 2 lt of water everyday. I even stopped drinking coffee 'cause it triggered my skin to produce more oil. I stopped using liquid foundations and chose instead mineral makeup. My skin got better but I still get acne 😞 I guess it's just a battle you can't win.
Oh no! We're sorry you're not getting the results you wanting for your skin! We know how difficult it is to suffer from acne and what a struggle it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We know you're trying very hard and we appreciate you for making the effort. But remember that your body is constantly changing as you grow older, and at the end of the day, your acne doesn't define you for who you are and the people in your life remember you for you and your personality, skills, talents, and knowledge. And chances are, we tend to focus more on our imperfections than the people around us which then causes us to stress more than we should. 😭😭 Take it easy, hun! Wishing you all the best! 😘😘
Meat and dairy caused me acne for years and I had no idea. I still get some when I am very distressed but it is nothing compared to what I had to deal with when I consumed dairy and meat
I say a youtuber she a make video on what her dermatologist say what do u want to eat or not, her dermatologist say don't eat avocado 🥑 but I am also not eating that I think it help me to get rid of this acne
A couple of misinformation here, is not true that "natural" sugars don't spike BG as refined white sugar. Also not true that sucrose (table sugar) spikes blood glucose more than complex carbs (starches), pure refined white sugar has a glycemic index much lower than rice or potatoes, since fructose (50% of sucrose) can't enter the bloodstream direcly.
I dont drink milk and i havent eaten sugary foods for a very long time but i still get a lot of pimples. I am also fond of eating veggies because i dont like meat that much. I think this is because of the dirty air and stress from school? Idk what to do anymoreeeee.
I started an experiment yesterday, cutting out dairy & sugar. Wanna try this for at least 2 months and see what happens. I am struggling with acne since the age if 12, now I am 39 and it still there 😢
I've been on a plant based diet for the past two months and wasn't doing much, I noticed that when I'm a little bit more flexible my skin actually gets better, you can over stress it. I've been drinking Celery Juice for almost 70 days straight and taking Zinc supplements and finally my skin is taking a turn for the better. It's really hard to be patience but that's a key!
First step...cut out milk!! Luckily I don’t eat a lot of sugar, just a treat every once in a blue moon. Can you guys do an updated skin care routine for spring/summer now that it’s starting to get warm again? Love you girls!! Awesome video as always :)
About the whole cow milk thing… I was wondering if it is really such a good idea to completely avoid cow milk products as they have a lot of calcium, which is importantly for our bones. Does avoiding milk completely lead to a shortage of calcium in the body or how do you manage to still get all the calcium in a natural way?
Guys such a good video!!! It actually promotes most efficient easy and natural way to get rid of acne! I changed my died few months ago I literally cannot belive how much of a diffrent person I am outside and out:) Glowy skin with no acne, great energy levels, healthy hair and my skin actually lookes 'taned orange' because of the amount of carrots and sweet potatoes I consume:P I eat this EVERY single day: MORNING: bagels with one avocado tomatoes and poached eggs or oatmeal with soy milk, banana, few spoons of nut butter and loads of dark cacao powder, LUNCH: 3 boiled carrots, one/two boiled sweet potato, steamed bell peppers, half a head of steamed broccoli all of it on top of groats. EVENING: pasta with rich tomato sauce with loads of spinach. During the day: I try to drink at least 4 cups of green tea and sometimes I snack on carrots dipped in hummus I GAVE UP DRINKING AND I DON T SMOKE, also I take fish and flax-seed oil supplement every morning. My skin changed COMPLETELY! I know it may seem weird but eating the same nutritious dishes every single day saved me loads of time thinking of what I'm going to eat and what to buy in a grocery store! For people that feel depressed and know that they have poor diet listen to this I was on a medication called Fluoxetine because of my low mood, after I started eating the way I mentioned above I stopped taking the pills even tho I knew it may be risky without doctors approval but I have never felt happier and I know I'm not coming back to be taking them. It's crazy how the healthy foods can change your life in every way!
Amazing video! I learned so much about my body and the way my habits affect me. I had never even heard of oat milk before and it sounds so yummy I can't wait to try it! I also never realized how many great options there were for me to eaattt. Thank you sooo much Rowena and Felicia! You all are the BEST!

I really like the videos where you take action against skinproblems/struggles but from the inside. I didnt know a lot about food and it is impressive. Thank for the video and I hope you will make other related to food and skin. 😀💕
I’m a 16 year old girl that’s trying to gain weight by eating more food. I also break out a lot, even when I don’t eat as much. So I’m trying to figure out how to step up my skin care routine. Pimples are so annoying, I wish they didn’t exist 😫
Eliminating sugar is key. I speak from experience. I'm 32 years old, been suffering from combination, mostly oily skin since I was 12. I'm talking about cystic, greasy, painful acne. Getting off the sugar and high glycemic foods and drinks is the hardest part. Weaning yourself off is key. Once you get off of it, you might see some purging. This is normal. Once you cross that hurdle, you will see and notice the difference. Faster results? Don't take ANY form of sugar, not even Manuka honey or pure maple syrup, as 'healthy' as they may be. Stay away from grains as well, including popcorn. Don't know why these ladies are recommending these as substituted. Everything else they say is correct though. Stay away from all forms of dairy! Soy as well, wheat too. Its tough to find alternatives but once your body is rid of all of these, you will see and feel the difference. 👍
@@memoonasaeed4408 I replaced yogurt with healthier probiotic alternatives, like sauerkraut and kimchi. Wheat is easily replaceable with a ton of alternatives like cassava flour, oat flour, coconut flour, almost flour and so forth.
Gotta make a switch from milk to anything else . breaking out like crazy cause its summer here in India .. But i love love love coffee 💕 Also also Felicia make more videos on your channel please ..
Hey guys, can you please explain how natural sugar doesn't cause as great an insulin response in your body vs table sugar? And when you refer to table sugar, do you just mean sucrose? Sucrose (e.g. from sugar cane) is a natural form of sugar and is made up of glucose and fructose. Honey is also a natural form of sugar and is made up of mostly fructose and glucose. Both would cause an equal insulin response in your body.
So i am in this age that i need dairy but because i am lactose intolerant and i drink milk that you know it's for that 😄it doesn't make my skin break out ,tho sugar probably does because when I don't eat a lot my skin is ok , so i am going to try to low sugar in my diet so yeah i hope that it helps me thank you girls!!!❤️
i drink boba milk tea before bed last night and chocolate boba tea in the afternoon, today i got a freaking acne on my nose and chin (i never got acne on my chin), then i saw this video. maybe i really should swap skim milk for another alternative milk..
How on earth did your dermatologist say that?! That’s so irresponsible not to mention wildly incorrect- glad you are doing your own research/ know otherwise 🙌
I use tea tree oil with rose water as tonner like 7 times korean toning and tapping and from that day i never got even single acne.. Even not in my days of periods!
cutting dairy and sugar cleared my SEVERE acne. I went from mount everest face to glass skin.
+ drinking hella water, and proper skincare

Honestly you two are life savers! All your skin care videos are not only recommendations but have the education side to everything. AMAZING videos please don't stop.
Aww thank you so much! Means a lot that you're enjoying the factual side of skincare, because it's so important to understand how it all works together with the products that we use! We appreciate you, thank again for commenting! 😊- fel
Keep it up 💪
how is the journey so far? still cut sugar and diary? i'm curious! :)
rowena always looks like she's about to burst into laughter everytime she smiles and felicia is always the goofiest i luh ya both 😝❤️
At 28 and all through my 20's actually I was infested with big nasty whiteheads all over my forehead, By the time they went away 10 more would sprout up to replace them.
Awesome man 😊
I did an elimination diet. And discovered that I was allergic to dairy. I got red bumps that developed into acne when I added dairy into the elimination round and it was horrible. I've been dairy free for almost a year now and my face has never been more normal.
Can you do a video on drugstore products that help get rid of acneee ❤️
YES PLEASE !!!!!!!!
This isn’t drugstore but you might be interested in giving curology a try. It’s different than most products bc they send you a personalized formula. You can use my link to get your first bottle for free share.curology.com/x/vI5GCm and see if the first formula works for you!
i read alot of people that used stridex. it’s basically an exfoliating pads loaded with 2% salicylic acid which is a superb ingredient for fighting acne. plus it’s very cheap. but i haven’t got the chance to try it out myself yet😆
Check out dr. drays channel. Shes a dermatologist and she has changed my entire life lol
Madeline Henry what videos do you recommend
I tried sugar free and dairy free dietary for 3 months. It is AMAZING !! My acne is significantly reduced.
I gain more knowledge watching these videos, than being in school 🐝
Hahah this is the best comment! 😂 - Fel
I stopped eating dairy for one week and my skin already produces less oil. Thank you
Woah.... this actually confirmed with what my dermatologist recommended for me to do when it comes to milk. Thanks for always informing everyone on how to take care of ourselves inside out 😁😁😁
"anything that's fermented"
me taking notes: okay so beer is good
I had the worst acne a few years ago, and as soon as I stopped consuming dairy and other animal products, it improved so much!
I’m curious, how are your thoughts on skincare fridges?
If u want another way to find foods but stay at your local grocery stores shopwell has an app that u put in your dietary needs and then u scan your food and it tells you if it works with your diet restrictions
I feel like this should be tought in high school during health class haha
i was hopped on soda for the last month and my skin freaked out, i knew it was not helping but sugar is so addictive. i’ve been avoiding it for a couple of weeks since then and my skin calmed down instantaneously. hopefully will let go of sugar and milk before this year ends. thanks for all the info you keep providing.
Beauty Within yes, i’ve come to realize that depriving it all together does more harm. so i’m letting go little by little. honestly discovering your channel has been a miracle. not all the things work, but most of your tips are helping me so much. on top of that you don’t push to buy and try everything which is a plus because everyone has a agenda in this new world of consumerism
you guys could do a video on creating daily meals (from breakfast to dinner + snacks!) that incorporate these vitamins/superfoods etc!
I'm trying to drink and eat less dairy products & sugar lately because my friend suggest it. I think it really help minimizing my acne, but i don't know why. But after watching this video now i finally understand why. Thank you for uploading this video!!
i love how much science goes into these videos omg not just shoving products down our face
Thank u for this information is very clear and easy to understand and we have many options for make a healthy meal for our skin.
Oh my gosh, I just found your channel and I feel so blessed; not only do you offer great and practical advice, but your genuine personalities paired with how informative you both are truly amaze me. Thank you! :)
Ok so I never knew about oat milk, and I’m allergic to almonds, so I was always like stuck in my mind BUT WOW IM SO EXCITED
i really enjoy your videos because they connect what i’m learning in science class and skin care!!
This is seriously my favourite beauty channel!! my skincare routine has improved drastically.Thank you sooo much♥️
The first video after ages with good content and no ads. I‘m so thankful
Awh! We're so glad you enjoyed this one! 😘😘
Thank you soooo much. I literally adjusted my entire grocery list based on this video lol. Y'all are amazing. May Allah (The God) help you with the right path InshAllah (Godwilling). Ameen
I am trying this new homemade skincare routine. If I get more than 500 likes, that means people are interested, I will share it with you. My skin looked really bad last week and this week I am actually shocked how fast and well it recovered. And the most important ingredient is Matcha powder. I hope y'all have a great weekend.
Peace and love to you all.
Can you talk about dry skin that's also acne prone because I can never find information about what to do with my dry and acne prone skin
GothicHippy I constantly comment for help
@@kiaraloba1 glad I'm not the only one
I love all the nerdy content! Honestly this has quickly become my favorite beauty channel.
The amount of work you guys serve us. Thank you 😆
Awh! Thank YOU for being soo supportive! The whole BW team loves you!
UGHHHHH DAIRY. This one was a very important topic. Thanks Row and Fel! 😊
LeBeautiful holy shit I swear I remember seeing ur comments on tons of videos like 4 years ago maybe it was Chris smoove videos or something
Fasting 16/8 and Omad helped wonders for my acne. Generally my diet is mostly protein and good fats. Only complex carbs
I went to check the door over and over again so confused....thenI realized there was a doorbell sound effect in this video!! Lol 🤦🏼♀️ 🤦🏼♀️ 🤦🏼♀️
I searched for reviews or holy grails but 1.) there's like none of those videos
2.) if there is I don't trust them
3.) they're from years ago
I only trust u guys with my skin so plz do this video!
Le _ Roq that’s sad you tried everything regarding the diet😭💔 hope you find something works for you in the future 😩
Beauty Within thank you for your kind reply! You are great, guys :) Keep doing what you do!
Meat and dairy caused me acne for years and I had no idea. I still get some when I am very distressed but it is nothing compared to what I had to deal with when I consumed dairy and meat
Are you sure it’s not ‘processed’ meat that caused you skin issues. Meat is good for you
Just have to say you guys are my favorite on RUclips, I am always watching your videos!
Random FYI, it is better that you grind your own flex seed than buying it already grounded... Always LOVE your videos 😍 Cheers!
I started an experiment yesterday, cutting out dairy & sugar. Wanna try this for at least 2 months and see what happens. I am struggling with acne since the age if 12, now I am 39 and it still there 😢
This is one of your best videos! It has helped me realise that cheese and chocolate were behind my ocasional breakouts! Thank you!
I’m struggling with acne scars/dark spots on my face! 😩 anyone have at home remedies or products they recommend?!?!
Niacinamide
Vitamin c
Alpha arbutin
Vitamin A (retinol)
First step...cut out milk!! Luckily I don’t eat a lot of sugar, just a treat every once in a blue moon. Can you guys do an updated skin care routine for spring/summer now that it’s starting to get warm again? Love you girls!! Awesome video as always :)
We'll definitely do an updated spring/summer skincare routine video in the coming months!
My favourite beauty Chanel, your videos helped me getting control of my acne breakouts and scars 😍looking for upcoming videos .
I changed my died few months ago I literally cannot belive how much of a diffrent person I am outside and out:) Glowy skin with no acne, great energy levels, healthy hair and my skin actually lookes 'taned orange' because of the amount of carrots and sweet potatoes I consume:P I eat this EVERY single day:
MORNING: bagels with one avocado tomatoes and poached eggs or oatmeal with soy milk, banana, few spoons of nut butter and loads of dark cacao powder,
LUNCH: 3 boiled carrots, one/two boiled sweet potato, steamed bell peppers, half a head of steamed broccoli all of it on top of groats.
EVENING: pasta with rich tomato sauce with loads of spinach.
During the day: I try to drink at least 4 cups of green tea and sometimes I snack on carrots dipped in hummus
I GAVE UP DRINKING AND I DON T SMOKE, also I take fish and flax-seed oil supplement every morning.
Yaayyy! We're so glad you found what works for you! Keep up the great work! 😍😘
This video was so educational and I'll definitely be looking into trying a lot of these products. Thanks!
I make my own kombucha. It’s surprisingly easy to make but the waiting is what gets me. It take 10-15 days to make.
Yes please more food videos, how to eat more healthy for acne! Maybe more recipes or snacks?
An info graphic of all the foods you should eat would be so helpful!
Amazing video! I learned so much about my body and the way my habits affect me. I had never even heard of oat milk before and it sounds so yummy I can't wait to try it! I also never realized how many great options there were for me to eaattt. Thank you sooo much Rowena and Felicia! You all are the BEST!
Loved this so much 💕
Definitely believe healthy skin is not only good skincare but also diet. I love dairy but always try to use alternatives as it makes such a noticeable difference for me.
Thanks for the great content ⭐️
What do you guys think about celery juice? Please do a video about celery
I'm trying to not drink so many sugary beverages so hopefully that will help!
I really like the videos where you take action against skinproblems/struggles but from the inside. I didnt know a lot about food and it is impressive. Thank for the video and I hope you will make other related to food and skin. 😀💕
D'awww thank you for being so sweet! 😘😘 We'll def consider making more videos on food and skin sometime in the future!
I’m a 16 year old girl that’s trying to gain weight by eating more food. I also break out a lot, even when I don’t eat as much. So I’m trying to figure out how to step up my skin care routine. Pimples are so annoying, I wish they didn’t exist 😫
sameee since i cut dairy and sugar i barely can gain weight
Fel there are so many plant based cheeses like chao, daiya and vio life that taste like the real thing.Give it a go.You will love it.
I would love to see a video about food that promotes anti aging and skin regeneration.
Love it! Would you like to do a video where you test different probiotics and see the change in skin? That would be so helpful! 💕
Not even yogurt? It's good for gut health, how you replaced wheat ?
@@memoonasaeed4408 I replaced yogurt with healthier probiotic alternatives, like sauerkraut and kimchi. Wheat is easily replaceable with a ton of alternatives like cassava flour, oat flour, coconut flour, almost flour and so forth.
@@suindoe8141 are these all with low glycemic index?
@@memoonasaeed4408 yes with the exception of coconut flour. Coconut flour is fine in small moderation.
Gotta make a switch from milk to anything else . breaking out like crazy cause its summer here in India .. But i love love love coffee 💕
Also also Felicia make more videos on your channel please ..
I have soya milk and soya yoghurt and tofu, I avoid dairy. It makes me so bloated as well as doing havoc to my skin
I'd love to see some videos about rosacea.. ❤ i love your videos, there is so much work in it.. unbelievable😍
This video is everything I needed! Planning to make the healthy lifestyle changes + have loads of motivation 🥰
i drink boba milk tea before bed last night and chocolate boba tea in the afternoon, today i got a freaking acne on my nose and chin (i never got acne on my chin), then i saw this video. maybe i really should swap skim milk for another alternative milk..
Yesterday my dermatologist said that what we eat has ABSOLUTELY no effect on hormonal acne. *face palm*
Hannah Hansen My derm told me to cut out most sugar and dairy...and my cystic acne went away. 🤷🏻♀️
Im plant-based, so I reduced my tempeh intake and my hormonal acne greatly reduced!
How on earth did your dermatologist say that?! That’s so irresponsible not to mention wildly incorrect- glad you are doing your own research/ know otherwise 🙌
Hannah Hansen yes a lot of drs/dermatologists don’t actually want to heal the problem. If they did, that’d be less money for them.
My dermatologist said the same thing.. diet has been the biggest factor in my acne. The skin care routine, drinking lots of water the easiest.
I use tea tree oil with rose water as tonner like 7 times korean toning and tapping and from that day i never got even single acne.. Even not in my days of periods!
