got 2 10s on a 2400 marina AMP so about 1200 per sub. that single 1200 AMP for 3 8s is definitely not enough power to fully use them.

Move the box 4 to 6 inch away from the trunk door it will get louder. And you can chaeck phase with a battrie like a 9v straight to the Box

They will just blow up bro.. these are SDR's they aren't long throw subwoofers they are just low power cheap subs. These are Sound quality subs not SPL subs

Take those sdr's out and throw in 3 8 inch zvx's and watch the immense difference in bass. Especially that lower end bass the sdr's just cant keep up. They're good subs and cheap just not meant for high power or incredible performance but they do sound good with the right power goin to them

Rha ks man i owe a hyundai elantra 2016 se ill see if a able to out it under the seats. I seen others that have done it old achool. With bigger apeakers 2 15 i think or12. And just mouted them added the power and cable. Behind the sests facing towards the windshield. And head the bass and all made a difference. And still be able to use 98 percent od his trunk.

Yeah I see a lot of videos of subs that look out of phase but it's almost always just the camera and how it records. True story, on a single 15, I switched the phase 180° back and forth a few times. Because I had it inverted with the magnet on the outside of the box. Trying to get as much airspace as possible for my hcca. I was told it would be out of phase because I had it inverted. I'm like ight bet... changed it and it didn't make almost any difference at all. Seemed on point either way. I guess the idea was that it would be slightly off from the rest of the speakers in my truck. I'll be damned if I could find any differences though. Obviously with multiple subs you can't be having them playing against each other haha.

@@michaelosborne4882 skar is fuckin terrible. I changed from skar to sundown and got literally 2x as loud on the same power and that was even in the crappy skar prefab. Once I got them into a real enclosure it was over. You'd need a serious skar setup to even come close to what im runnin now and my shit isn't even near the best of what sundown has to offer

@KentuckyBrothersGaming man if you don't know about Dr. doublerock amps trust me when I tell you they are allllllll that. Watch the Williston audio do a dyno test on it. It was rates at 2k and put out like 3200. I have the amp and it damn near toasts my alpine R dvc subs haha that amp straight up AMPS. 😄 🤣

back when i was foolish enough to fall for the skar trap i had my sdrs on an r2-1200 rockford amp and it didn't help they still sounded like shit. My SAv2's got loud as hell on that little 1200 and sounded damn good... I rock a T2500bdcp now, damn amazing sounding amp even with the SA's. Wouldn't mind finding a pair of T1s and trying them out.
