      is it? Think there were perma mistakes on both sides. Bad flashes, the obvious one being Ruler not flashing azir ult properly in game 3, but also 369 flash Q'ing a dead target on aatrox, people (especially kanavi) randomly dying perma, missing walking towards drake pit while having no flash so he has no way out. Fist fighting level 1 also doesnt seem like the absolute perfect gameplay at all. In all honesty people seemed to play nervous, especially on the side of JDG. Honestly just think youre biased because this looked like the real final before hand for a lot of people. Obviously T1 is still the favourites against WBG but feel like youre watching with pink glasses if you actually think this came close to perfection. To be clear, not saying the players played bad and it was an entertaining series with some sick plays but saying it came close to perfection is deluded.

    Can we just think about the fact T1 saved the whole world championship by beating LNG and JDG so we don't have to watch LPL playoffs.
    Edit:
    Not sure what's happening with the replies but I want to be clear, I meant it from a narrative and entertainment POV, we have both spring and summer playoffs to see the Chinese teams face each other, just like nobody really wants to watch LCK vs LCK, its boring and we've seen it a bunch of times and there's no good storyline or entertainment. it would have been just as boring if it was GenG vs LPL because tbh, GenG isnt that exciting. T1 setting up the whole revenge on JDG, as well as the whole T1 vs LPL narrative saved us from a championship of LPL matchups we've seen over and over with no payoff or cool storylines.

You could feel the momentum shift when Oner, storage from his team by a aliyah wall and chunked, flashes over an ashe arrow for the hero engage that turned the entire game on its head. Easily one of the best moments in world this year.

    • @YuYuYuna_
      @YuYuYuna_ Год назад +8

      Bro wtf are you even saying. Why does it have to be one or the other lmao. And no, if you want to compare the two Faker's pick onto Ruler was far more pivotal. Let's say Oner doesn't do that and T1 backs away or Oner gets hit by the arrow and dies. All they lose is drag. They have 2 drags already to JDG's 0 so game goes on. It was only 17 minutes in. Don't get me wrong it was an god tier play but since you want to compare the results and/or consequences of each play matter. Faker's Azir ult pick onto Ruler was game deciding. They were down 4k gold vs baron and that mid wave had 3 cannon minions. If they didn't go then they will 100% lose mid inhib and maybe a side lane one as well and then the game is in an even more dire position. They were in a rough spot that was about to spiral out of control. If Varus doesn't get picked there they likely lose 2-3 players from the failed engage and the game is over. T1 immediately won the game being down 4k gold vs baron with a fed varus.

    • @xxargonautxx9790
      @xxargonautxx9790 Год назад +3

      honestly fakers one was the better play. He caught Ruler the whole heart to the team. Once he was down they had nothing for the team fight. imagine being ahead with baron and an easy win. JDG never lose when they have baron and are ahead. They lost, that's why they lost game 4. They were so dishearten having lost game 3 cause of Fakers play. Ruler even got owned by Guma with 369 as his backup. Ruler could've missplayed that since he was caught out by Faker in game 3.

    • @peaky6622

    Can someone explain why is Rell Jungle so good in proplay but has a abysmal pickrate in normal SoloQ?

    • @StryDDeRR
      @StryDDeRR Год назад +28

      She's a fantastic teamfight machine. Her engage capabilities are unrivaled, but you lose one of the damage sources as Rell does close to none. I don't think that any soloq jungler would sacrifice his gameplay for randomly assigned teammates.

    • @batcrow6224
      @batcrow6224 Год назад +10

      Rell and Sejuani are two very meta junglers for proplay but very rarely played in Solo because they are effectively no damage facilitators. The only thing they offer is supporting your teammates and setting things up. Sejuani has her ult that stuns for 1.5s so that even solo teammates can follow up most of the time but Rell relies a lot on the communication in pro play. Rell ult is effectively creating a half second window for other teammates to follow up on and if the follow up is well timed, they win the game but if the follow up is late the enemies can dash or flash out and Rell is way weaker. Voice comms let pros capitalize on that timer while soloq teams will miss that timing.

      High elo in general is much more coordinated making CC engage much more valuable. This role usualy goes to the toplaner or jungler. That's why Seju, Lee, Gragas and now Rell see much more relevance in high elo/compititive play.

      I think they can't, adc aa is a turret wrecker, but we can't also deny zeus and Faker's damage in turret. But without guma we don't know what would happen or if one player was dead by that time, every tower hit was a must in that crucial time... Kudos to all T1 players in game 3, they all play Gods
