For everyone commenting about how Darren said he wont play gay characters anymore, which i completely agree with btw, queer people should play roles designed for them, we should also realise things aren't clear cut & understand this isn't a normal thing it isn't the same as auditioning, being cast and then being paid to portray a role. This along with all the other benefits/fun events they have that take place throughout the year for Broadway are when they do switch out from the traditional cast roles and just have fun with songs/ shows/ characters they wouldn't usually do. I love all versions of this & adore this version aswell and the three of them looked like they had a blast doing it. Couple of mistakes but, this song, which is probably one of the hardest to do due to the lyrics and speed (this isn't the fastest version i'm aware) and filmed in front of a live audience i'm impressed that's those couple of lines was all it was and it was saved amazingly and didn't stray or really go out of the context for the feeling of the song.

In my opinion, this may be the most difficult song to sing in the history of music. When Jayma Mays sang this on Glee I thought my head was going to explode. This is a song that I won’t even attempt. I applaud anyone that can actually sing this!

for some reason i just keep coming back to it and rewatching this for millionth time. i love darren criss and anything he does but this performance makes me want to play it again and again. yeah he’s definitely slower than other people that performed “i’m not getting married” before him but for me his version is way more emotional and i like it that way. like it gives ME anxiety just watching his character having a breakdown. and the way his voice gets really high on 5:17 and kinda breaks later jeez that gives me feels. also michael james scott is absolutely hilarious in this so yeah i just can’t stop rewatching it over and over

Alexa P Amy is now Jamie. Gay couple. Bobby is now Bobbie a woman. And the three woman are now men. I saw it recently and I have to say, I loved it. The new arrangement to have female Bobbie is sooooo much more interesting than a male ome. Stakes are higher and I was generally much more invested in the storyline. Loved it.

I just automatically see him as Blaine because his Harry looked so different (?😂), and it’s crazy because when he proposed to Kurt he was so in love with him and he would have never had a second thought on whether or not he wanted to marry him. It’s honestly making me kind of sad sitting here thinking this was going on behind the scenes of their wedding, but, you know, just average overthinking fangirl tings. 😆✌️
