- New concept art has just debuted for a brand new park, which very distinctly features a roller coaster with Axis trains on it. This wasn't done by mistake- it very clearly is our first indicator of the first home to an amazing new S&S axis coaster!

I’m a Saudi enthusiast. I have 417 credits and almost none of them were in saudi so this is very exciting for me and the other enthusiasts here
So cool! I visited Saudi and went to the holiday park in Riyadh where I got a few new credits. I'm excited to go back for this and Six Flags.
@@warnerwildernessphotography happy you’ll get to visit again
You're never getting these parks, the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, is nothing but hopes and dreams paid for by shady people that go bankrupt in 2 years
What's your number 1 in Saudi Arabia? The huge Intamin Half Pipe looks really inciting and cool
The storytelling concepts/capabilities of this coaster model are unique and endless. This system or similar will arrive to big theme parks for certain. Imagine a large object flying towards you in a scene and you dip/maneuver around it "axis style" bonkers! Mind-blowing
But it is a nightmare when it comes to maintenance and reliability.. trust me. This will not be a regular ride in many many years in any 'normal' park
@@Jacob-Simonsen Yeah but it can't be worse than Spinning coasters in Cosmic Rewind/ that Thing in Ferrari World/ Cobras Curse / etc. (I don't know the exact name of the coaster). And they are sold to big themeparcs like Disney and seem to work
A) I wouldn't really bet on this happening (we all know the past with new things opening in this region), and B), if they are building a brand new theme park, it will be YEARS before this thing is even open. Plenty of time for another Axis coaster to be bought and built.
If any place says something if going to be built, I would actually bet on a place like Saudi Arabia or China following through.
Saudi Arabia has a bunch of slave labor at their disposal.
"And for my next trick I open the biggest themepark to make my country look so much better"
Bring it to Silver Dollar City so Sarah can finally go
She cant go there. Dont let the longest running joke die
What if they put the axis inside that massive building behind fireman’s landing lol
@@CobbleBompster new fire in the hole is an axis coaster??? 😳😳
you mean bring it to sdc so sarah can never ride the first axis coaster?
Plzz😅
I don’t care where the first one is, I’m just glad someone is finally pulling the trigger on one!
Glad to hear more about the acis coaster
Glad that this model is finally happening!
Seems like this might be more than meets the eye.
I watch all your videos every single one. Thanks for all your efforts!
I think you’ve gotten better with Sarah. She’s a real sweetie pie. 🥰👏🤘
We want axis! We want axis! 🎉
This is a *HUGE* step up from the 4th dimension train. Ive always hated how X2’s seat movements clash with its track elements so much that both are practically imperceptible… but since these trains roll on a Z-axis instead of pitching forwards and backwards on an X-axis, riders will get to stay facing forward at all times, which I bet solves that problem. Sure seems like S&S has learned a thing or two 😁
Saudia Arabia might be a crazy destination if this and their Six Flags park ever opens.
It will open. the question is who is going to go there?
@@mattdaaamon Besides some tourists from the UK and some of Europe yeah I have no idea who the market is. I get the feeling attendance sucks at park in that region.
@@Red_Ryan_Red tourists from Muslim majority countries I guess, especially those going there together with Hajj or Umrah
Transformers are very popular internationally. The thing that concerns me is those movie parks in UAE have kind of bad cheap theming. A lot of these big theme park projects in that part of the world notoriously get cancelled, so I hope this actually happens.
The yas island parks are great and far superior to the dubai ones.
Currently Saudi Arabia has this giant theme park called BLVD world, it's got a Skyrocket II, but more impressive than anything else is the insane disney level themeing that's hard to beat across any park chain in the world.
IKRRRR as a jeddah citizen im so excited to get a well themed indoor theme park to open up here, the ones in Riyadh are just chefs kiss.
I learned so much from this video. Thanks.
This is a very cool concept to watch.
I'm sure Sarah will be thrilled when you announce that Saudi trip!
Yes, but remember that S&S announced that there will be an Axis coming to EUROPE in 2023. It's pretty obvious that nothing is coming in 2023, but Drayton Manor's (UK) new coaster was originally planned for 2023 (to be some sort of family thrill coaster that could be arguably one of the UK's best), and that Axis layout revealed by S&S in IAAPA 2021 is the same footprint shape and rough size of the plot of land Drayton Manor have started construction in. Drayton Manor also aren't afraid of firsts: World's first Maurer X Car, UK's first and only Stand up coaster, World's first Stand up Drop Towers e.g., so I think that this axis may open first, being the first of the model technically, but was the second purchased, after Drayton Manor.
Basically I think that there is another one also coming soon.
Remember though that plans fall through all the time. We reference Six Flags in this video- thats a great example, cause I imagine they had some plans in the works before Selim came around. Things happen.
This all makes sense. Think deep and hard on it.
I have family that lives in Riyadh so I am so hoping all this opens lol.
Kings Dominion should bring back Volcano by turning it into a Terrain Axis Coaster with a new model mountain. 🌋
love too see it
Wow, had forgotten to remember this amazing creation. I'd love to have this at my hometown park SFOTEXAS. What an awesome coaster...
Hail to the QUEEN(Sarah)!
Love seeing Sarah reppin the U!!
Nice research!
I’d love to see one built at Busch Gardens Williamsburg where Drachen Fire was by the FestHaus. I know something is being built back there. Wouldn’t it be awesome if it was an axis?!? Thanks for the video! p.s. - that drop swing you posted from New Zealand was INSANE!
It MIGHT make up for removing Big Bad Wolf. MIGHT.
I’ve been saying for a few years now that this could actually be a perfect replacement for Volcano at KD, especially with a launch. I doubt it would happen, but I can dream.
@@porcelainthunder2213 NEVER
@@scottnelson9 It would be a great replacement! I love all the terrain around Busch Gardens for a possible axis coaster, but I bet it’ll be great anywhere. The prototype was on level ground and looked awesome.
@@vbflyboy It’s an amazing concept. It could do some crazy maneuvers without too much stress on the tracts. We just need to see one open somewhere close.
Love the U Tank Top!!!
Wow! With that new S&S Axis Coaster, guest can actually ride on this one and have some fun! Hopefully it will be at a amusement park here in America!
I hope one of the Fun Spot parks get one of these
New alton towers ride will be an indoor version of this with multiple effects and theming. You heard it here first 😉
Yes it's about time braaa.
I'm not holding my breath for this one. There has to be some reason why no major Park that likes to break records like Cedar Point has jumped on this yet other than simply covid... like some limitation with the ride or the manufacturers abilities or something.
What record would it break if they got this though?
@@TinkerTailorSoldier1 first, tallest, longest, fastest axis coaster
Easy to make a press release than an actual park from the ground up. A lot of projects like this get announced but end up amounting to nothing.
That’s the theme of everything in the middle east all talk.
Transformers is huge!
I wanted an Axis at Alton towers as project horizon
Interesting.
I thought prior to the announcement of the Dragster closing for a retheme and Wild Mouse I figured Cedar Point would have been the first. Especially after Cedar Fair bought a 4D Freespin for KD. Who could it be first here now? Herschend or Sea World Parks or still Cedar Fair?
Transformers is wonderfull! I used to read the comics and watch the animated series... I also watched all the movies and played the Transformers video game for years, until it just stopped!
But a Transformers themed park is definitely cool!! Greetings from the Netherlands...
As a Transformers fan. This is awesome!!! :D
Tbh I’d be surprised if this park or the six flags park ever actually come to be
I think the megatron theming they are doing is perfect for this ride.
Thanks for the update. Honestly, I am not too excited about the axis. It looks like a gimmick where the free spin absorbs the forces making the ride milder. But it looks like you got to experience the prototype, so you know better.
Transformers to them is like Harry Potter to us lol!
I’m not surprised Saudi Arabia
nice
Hasbro presents the First American Axis Coaster based on Candy Land!?!
As a enthusiast that is all so a transformers fan this looks awesome
That's the only reason I'd got to Saudi Arabia.... But I'd go!
2:35 Hasbro has been developing quite a lot of new attractions around the world. Later this year they'll be adding the first Nerf Mania land in the world at Beto Carrero, featuring two new flat rides (and there are rumors about a dark ride later on), so I can see this Transformers themed park happening sometime soon. The only thing that buggles me is that there was an article that said that the first axis would go to an european park, idk if the plan was cancelled or delayed but it feels weird that a whole indoor park would get built before an established park get this new model.
Do you mean they’re building a brand new transformers theme park?? If so hands down count me all the way in. My mouth is watering and waiting for the new 6 flags to open with the absolute fastest coaster in the world. There are RUclipsrs out there saying the ride will never open. Are you 1 / 2 of them?? Absolutely Loved Every Minute
Selim Bassoul must work for Dom Toretto cuz FAMILY
I'm not shocked about Saudi Arabia doing transformers because they are all about A.I and advanced technology so it is actually fitting
Not buying this until we have an official announcement that mentions the coaster. There a too many vague announcements especially from that region that have a high probability to not become true at all or have a totally different ride lineup. Maybe the artist just got inspired by some coaster photos on the web and they are actually getting a Zamperla Wild Mouse. Nobody knows. Therefore I still think it will be a decently sized well-known park that will get the first Axis.
Is this the S & S in Cache Valley, Utah?
Edit: After watching the video there is not way this is not Cache Valley, Utah! Haha just excited to see my home town.
AYE AT LEAST IT WOULD BE THE FIRST STEP
Go 'Canes!
The transformers movies opened hugely, they're one of the most popular franchises ever to exist, an Axis will be so so fun in that theme
Out of all the places to get one first, it had to be Saudi Arabai? We will have to see how UT goes, but enthusiasts might not ride it till a while.
I'm so excited that the transformers cartoons are getting some love! The lands look SO GOOOD, I really hope universal also switches to the cartoon style, much more timeless!!!
S-S also said that one has been sold to a park in Europe
Fingers crossed, you got a source?
@@dademurphy1732 S-S themselves at EAS 2022
Darn didn't have Saudi Arabia on my Axis coaster going Bingo card.
Honestly, I'm not shocked- these are the kind of projects that have the $$ to spend on new models with no track records. That said I'll be more shocked if it actually opens.
Of course, I also bet at one point they built the polercoaster that would have been Skyplex Orlando.
Too bad there havent been any news for the European planned Axis coaster, guess it has been shelved
I doubt Falcons Flight is going to be made
track has already started being installed!
THESE NEW PARKS AND THE NEW SIX FLAGS IS PUTTING SAUDI ARABIA ON MY VISIT LIST.
Doesn’t hasbro make candy land board game? I mean come on talk about great IP concept for a park area.
Honestly they should put just the seat as a ride at each of the U.S. parks just so people in the U.S. can get a feel of the ride or have the prototype be a "travel type ride" so the corporations of each park can get a feel for the ride to see if they would want to invest in the ride. Now how awesome would that be. 😂 lol like it would ever happen 😂😂😂.
2030 is quite a long ways away
Too bad it's going to the saudis, but the Transformers theme is perfect for this model.
I actually think a transformers theme is a good 8dea I mean there is alot of different directions and easy theming to do with transformers
Will probably never happen just like the Line and the Jeddah Tower
What is an "FEC"?
"FEC' stands for "Family Entertainment Center"
It sucks that I would get stoned to death if I tried to ride this..
Me too!
Would if Saudi Arabia became the Mecca of roller coasters?
ok nevermind as long as the 2nd goes to energylandia
I will never visit Saudi Arabia.
Bring it to holiday world 😞
is it complicated for Americans to travel to Saudi Arabia? or you just need passport?
Anyone can travel to Saudi Arabia but i wouldn't recommend it
Too bad so many coasters are going to Saudi Arabia. I really doubt I will ever travel there in my life time.
I can’t wait to never ride this axis, and instead watch a pov like a peasant
Had to be Saudi Arabia….that’s going to be a big no for most people to visit….
ibet china gets one first haha
How about worlds of fun instead to replace orient express
Not the UK 😂
1:16 1.19 be like:
The first of a model to be announced isn't necessarily the first to be built. I'm still just plain glad to hear this news!
Hopefully women's and LGBT+ rights in Saudi Arabia improve by the time these parks open. Otherwise, attendance will be limited.
How about normal person rights
@@user-jz7ny1qc6j Fair. Human rights in general aren't great over there.
HEY I WATCHED SOME THE AWESOME PARKS SO ELAB AND MASSIVE NO PEOPLE ITS CREEPY AND SAD THAT ITS NOT PACKED FULL OF SMILES AND CHILDREN PEOPLE ENJOYING LIFE AND BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO ACTUALLY GO ENJOY IT AS WELL NOT JUST WEALTY TOURIST .. ALL FAMILYS AND PEOPLE
Hard to get excited about it going to a park in a country where a lot people in the coaster community wouldn't be welcomed.
Why is that?
Saudi Arabia is the new United Arab Emirates.
No
Oh sure, just take a trip Saudi Arabia.....nah, actually, that's a big hell no! As far as I'm concerned, there's still no axis coaster planned.
It's no offense to people of Saudi but this prob seems worldwide 😮😮😮😮
OwO
We need a six flags in europe :(
no we dont, they are terrible
Sarah sounds like Awkwafina
I have serious concerns about all of the Middle East expansion... I know they have a ton of money but every time I see one of these parks in pics/vids, they are nearly empty, so who is actually going?
This will park or parks will never be built
Saudi Arabia? Really? Bruh
Will women even be able to ride this without getting stoned/beaten to death?
