Would love to know how well the white gel pens work over burnished pencil. I have gelly roll and it doesn't work all that great over wax pencils, it struggles to lay down ink over shiny surfaces, so if these worked better that'd be an instant buy!

Good morning, Pamela, your voice is so soothing, and your little laugh is infectious, I just love it. I just want to thank you for all your tips and tricks. I usually use the Prismacolors on most everything, but I love the way you incorporate your fine line markers into the coloring books. I just ordered the Kalour 520 set, and the selection is over the top, I am swatching them now to get familure with the colors and I really like them, of course nothing beats the Prismacolors but these new Kalour are so fun for a budget friendly pencil.

Thank you so much for showing us how we can use these products in our coloring books. The shell you started was looking very beautiful, and without this video I would never have known that fine liners could be blended or how to do it. I also didn't know anything about gel pens at all. 'Showing us how to remove the black lines in gems can make them so much more realistic is really appreciated. I will definitely refer to this video many times when I am able to get the products you showed us. You are so skilled and such a good teacher that I was amazed when you told us that you are self-taught. Maybe that is why you understand how lost some of us feel and that you tell us not only what you are doing but also show us how to do it ourselves. That is so kind of you.

i come aross your video as i was looking int if gel pins good for colouring. will admit i thought to myself all i want to do is colour these tips seem a bit too much for me no offence. its around 4:50 when you said you can stright colour (yeap im a brit we spell it different) in with your pens, that cheer me up great i can at lest have a good go maybe later on try some of the other tips of colour over lapping like the orange and yellow you used. I suppose a person has to have a good eye at knowing what colours will go together. One question i have is what about colour running with the gel pins being water based...do you wait for the layer to dry being you put another lay over the top? Once again thanks for the video and reading this

It looks like you have to understand lighting and shading to get great results like this. Do I have the patience to take this up as a hobby?❤😂 I don't knowww

I'm surprised you didn't mention the colors for the gal in pink in your video!! 😮 The arm you could easily make skin tone, but the rest of the dress would be better matching the sleeve. The rest of the sleeve would be cool using your fairy wing technique! 🧚‍♀️ On the page with the little cart, that paint palette looks fun and easy!! 🎨 Those seem to be nice pens. I like the color of the uniball gold more. It is more what I think of when I think of gold. It probably is more antique gold than the Ohuhu. That is a yellow gold often used by teams when they say gold as one of their colors. I thought from the pen color that the set of all black fineliners were white, lol! 😅

How do you clean your nibs after you've blended the two? The lighter color will pick up the dark in my experience.

I was hoping to see you actually use the Ohuhu white gel pen. I'm curious to know what it's coverage is like. I get frustrated with my white Uniball Signo gel pens because they only work well for me the first handful of times and then they start skipping or tracking or quit working altogether. I'd like to find something more reliable.

I have this problem with my gelly roll gold pens. I sit the pen in a cup of really hot water for five or ten minutes and they start to flow again. Maybe something you could try
