Hi, Hats off to you for this detailed explanation for an organized HR system. I recently got an opportunity to join a company that didn't require to have an HR before because the management people used to handle all the HR matters but now they are considering having a separate HR person and I've been offered to create an HR system for the company. I've been selected based on my qualification in HR but no experience in the HR department but am experienced in office management with a bit of HR-related activities like creating and updating employee files, business correspondence emails and a few other tasks. My question to you is that, is there a free open source HR software that covers all the areas that you had described which are needed in an HR system? This way, as the only HR person with no Exp, this will equip me to be systematic, organized and relied upon. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for wonderful info.
