      Pilates With Hannah thank u 💞 yesterday I looked at my arms and found they were really toned. I couldn’t believe it. I’m very happy cause I’m getting in shape and after a Pilates session I always feel really happy ☺️

    Good morning,this lockdown I discovered my new love for pilates for first time and its all because of you! The sessions are soo amazing and never a dull moment.instructions are very clear! Hands down you are the best! My backpain and knee pain is gone 🙏

    Hi Hannah.. All your series are very interesting. You Are Pilates Princess I must say.. well I m enjoying all ur workout series .. just wanted to focus more on my fat around belly and fat around upper arms.. May be because of my age the results are getting longer time.. well I will keep doing till I get result.and ofcourse will keep doing after that too for maintaining.. thanks. looking forward for more videos..

Keep up the great work, and remember other important parts of fat loss: sleeping well, reducing stress, and eating healthy. I also recommend doing both toning exercises and cardio (either cardio pilates or running) to help with weight loss. Good luck, keep me posted, and let me know if you ever have questions! 💛
