    Recipe Ingredients:
    3 ripe bananas (mashed)
    150g (¾ cup) granulated sugar
    2 large eggs
    100g (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    230g (1¾ cups) all-purpose flour
    30g (¼ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ¼ tsp salt
    60ml (¼ cup) milk
    Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture
    Recipe Instructions:
    Preheat the Oven:
    Set your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 23 cm x 12 cm (9"x5") loaf pan with parchment paper to ensure easy removal after baking.
    Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
    In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
    Mix the Wet Ingredients:
    In a separate large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until well combined.
    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    Slowly add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Pour in the milk and stir until everything is well combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter. For extra indulgence, fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts at this stage.
    Bake:
    Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
    Cool:
    Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
