As far as I’m aware Uterus transplant surgery has only been successful for biological women who lost their own womb through trauma or cancer. There is a surgeon in India who is trying to do a trans uterus transplant, but it hasn’t been successful yet due to blood flow complications and other underlying structure problems. Good luck though.

Idk if any trans woman has yet had one and whether that would be possible. Would be really cool if that could happen. Uterus transplants have so far resulted in quite a few live births, but usually it only “lasts” one or two pregnancies and the only possible delivery is through c-section).
