In sweden we sometimes use the word paj instead of "broken" (Sönder), broken in the sense that the computer is broken, not like breaking a leg. Obviously his back didnt break in the sense that it was cut in two pieces. Stop misinterpret my words. Paj doesent necessarily have anything to do with injuries. You could also translate it to messed up.
