what I did was use 1 pan but use parchment paper at the bottom of the pan and in between each ladyfinger layer and freeze over night then the next day took it out and use the pan for the cheesecake I didn't do the wait for each layer like in the video I put the whole thing together at once and put in refrigerator one time and it set just fine.
Wouldn't the cheesecake and gelatine mixture start to set a bit while waiting for the layers to be chilled for hours at a time? Or does it stay liquidy at room temp?
