Omg,Deanna I love that leopard tote bag! That is my fav I am a leopard lover! Lol!! And so glad you got your car back!! Yay!! ❤ Have a wonderful trip !!
Do haven't done a show in a very long time because of Heath issues but since I came across your videos I am getting excited to try one again, I find myself writing down your instructions down, absolutely love your ideas.
I've been trying to think of ideas to get my kids' teachers for Christmas that was sewn and everything I could think of was so expensive to make since they all have multiple teachers for all their subjects... thank God I found your video!!!! Found cheap swivel hooks on eBay and will grab some cotton fabric and be set. Thanks for the tutorial!
Just a little tip for you....if you fold the fabric and iron it then put the D ring on and bring the raw ends together good side to go side and sew so you have a circle ...then sew the edges and just move the D ring as you go you wont have the raw edges .....hope i said that right so you understand ....
What machine are you using? I think I need a new one - My machine will not sew through that many layers of fabric to close up the lanyard. Thanks for the great easy tutorial!! 💗
Thanks for this video! Would you mind telling me what you charge for the lanyards at a craft fair! I always have a hard time figuring out how much - I want my item to be at a price that’s attractive to buyers but where I’m not under cutting myself. Thanks!
in the State of Michigan you need to have a break away at the neck in case the lanyard gets caught in a machine it will break the lanyard and not drag you into the machine. I have figure out how to do that i think--- I am going to be testing it in a few days.
I just adore your video can you please send me the link where you got your d ring and is that the correct name for it. I never knew what they were called.
Cute idea! I’m going to play with the width a little. I’m not comfortable with NOT bringing the raw edges to the center fold. That leaves one long edge thin and flimsy especially if interfacing is not used. I think I’ll see if there is a way to hide that back seam where the clasp is attached. Thanks for sharing!
If you fold and iron as shown, then put your ring on. Take the two end right sides together and sew. Then you can ref old and topstitch all round both sides by just sliding the daring in front of you. Pull ring with lobster claw to seam area and stitch in place. I like a rivet above the seam. Gives a more professional look.
love your video's, just started making them, have already given a few away...Lol...but was wondering how much do you sell them for?...I am in a Craft Fair next month...Thank you...

Thank you so much!!
Easy peasy!!! Love this!!! Just what I looking for!! Thanks for sharing!! A job well done!!😊
If you cut out 4 inches at first you won't have to leave half an inch when you fold the edges inward :) Great video by the way!!

I can’t get my sewing needle to go through the fabric when sewing the Dhook on. I broke my first needle. Help!!
Go real slow.
I saw in a other video someone put another lanyard right behind the foot so the fabrics are even and needle won't break.
