- orangeamps.com... The TremLord 30 is our very British take on the 1950s amplifier. It’s a 30 Watt, 1×12 all valve guitar combo with two footswitchable valve driven tremolo speeds and a two spring reverb tank. Contrary to our other combos, we’ve worked with Italian speaker designer Lavoce to deliver a unique speaker able to deliver more headroom and the smoother top end required for the unique vintage tones of this amplifier while our carefully chosen EL84 output valves enable the unique British tone associated with Orange.
BEDROOM TO HEADROOM SWITCH
When in Bedroom mode (2 or 1 Watts), the circuit has been designed to retain the springiness and feel that we love about valve amps, a sensation that often gets lost with some attenuator designs. This makes for great tones in the practice room or in the studio, with the option to step up a gear to 15 Watt or 30 Watts for the stage.
VALVE BUFFERED EFFECT LOOP
A post - tremolo, FX loop allows players to use proper, built in tremolo anywhere in a modern FX chain. Driven by a 12AT7, the fully buffered, low impedance design allows for any number of effects and cables to be patched in without sacrificing tone. It’s incredibly transparent, meaning your pedal arsenal will perform to its absolute peak.
TWO SPRING REVERB TANK
Our two spring Reverb tank offers masses of reverb with springs that can be heard, making it deeper, splashier and crashier. Driven by a single 12AT7/ECC81 valve and our own custom transformer, the spring reverb circuit is our richest sounding spring reverb design to date. Add a foot pedal for switching the reverb on or off during gigs.
FOOTSWITCHABLE VALVE TREMOLO
Harking back to tremolos made famous in the 50s, our 12AX7 Valve powered Tremolo gives versatile depth control. The two speed controls are foot-switchable allowing for quick switching between your favourite dialled in settings or defeating the tremolo entirely.
Always such fantastic playing. Glassy tones for hearts of glass
tr0picalpopsicle Thanks for watching!
This is the first Orange amp that's ever really "wowed" me... I dig it, and great playing as always.
Mykal Anstrom Thanks! Great amp for sure!
@@popintothechemist damn, got a response from the man, the myth, and the legend. Love the videos, torn between this, a supro or the new Chris Stapleton Princeton. I've a brownface fan boy so leaning towards the Princeton.
@@Terribleguitarist89 hey man you end up getting a new amp? Curious about your thoughts im thinking about similar ones
@@sammmfoley I work overseas 9/10ths of the year so I just travel with a Mooer GE-200 right now. Once I'm back stateside leading a normal lifestyle I'm leaning towards the Stapleton Princeton to cover my clean/grit and grab an old Mesa Mark III to cover my heavy tones.
There are so many beautiful sounds in this amp. I just had rehearsal and I never even had it out of Bedroom mode. This is the amp I've been looking for for decades.
I’m surprised I haven’t see you use this amp more in demos. I think you sound absolutely extra fabulous through this amp. The cleans suit you well
I like the sound of this amp more than I thought I would. Sounds great!
Danny James It’s a killer amp
Hell yeah!!! LOVE EVERYTHING you play - just right - all the time... thanks for your demos, but more than that: thank you 🙏 for your music!
Philip Copping Thanks for the kind words! I really appreciate it!
Great great tones (as usual :-) ) all in your hands...everything you play is beautiful..thanks
Great demo, as usual.
This amp seems to be interesting, like it a lot from this clip.
Ciao
The Orange Beach Thanks for watching!
Wow did not expect MJ's Human Nature! Could you please do a tutorial how to play that? Hahaha..
Sounds awesome! I just ordered one and can’t wait to try it out.
Your covers amaze me
annabelleshaus Thank you!!
great demo! I was waiting for it, I really like this amp and your playing. Only note..... the amp controls upside-down in the video :D
This is the first modern Orange amp I'm genuinely drawn to. Even older OR120's didn't always do that much for me outside of a Stoner/Doom context. I brushed over the Tremlord from NAMM because I thought it was another rehash of the same thing they've been doing for over a decade, but this sounds quite different and I really like it. It's more like a Supro or a Sound City amp, or even a Tweed Bassman. It's great. I was planning on getting the Supro Keeley amp or another Supro, but the Tremlord is a possibility. We have an Orange dealer in Ireland so it'll be a lot easier to find one. Thanks for the demo.
Really digging the non-master approach from Orange with this amp. Preamp distortion is cool and all, but I have mad respect for making it old school again. Crank that beast up and get some proper power stage distortion and compression!
Orange may have nailed this one. Killer. Sweet Pick'n as always.
I run the eq with the treble that high too. I was beginning to to wonder if it was nuts
Cool style
Tonemeister, .....KNOB TWISTER..... FAKE BOOK LIBRARIAN!!!! lol
MY you serve up some awesome tones.... just ELEGANT
William Roark very kind of you! Thanks
So, you run all effects pedals through the loop? Anything, such as distortion, OD, chorus, delay?
Just picked up one of these but really struggling with a buzz coming through even when nothing is plugged in. Is this something that you noticed with it?
What song is that first riff from? I can not place it!
"Heart of Glass", Blondie
Mike=amazbals
Flat Fifth Much appreciated!!!
Som de Vox, credo!
The hell with the amp, I just enjoyed the playing. Lol
Jack of all trails thanks! Amp is killer
@@popintothechemist sorry. Didn't mean to imply it wasn't. Subbed to your Chanel.
All very " nice" tones but doesn't show what this amp will do in a live gig. I guess it will be great but this demo is too tame. I'm still buying one though 😁
