No need to change water but make sure that bambooshoot gets submerged completely with water . if u want the pickle early you can make pickle out of these fermented bambooshoot even after one month or one week also its ok
Ferment raw and then fry. Watch the video poperly till the end If u skip the video you might miss some of the explainition. So kindly watch the video till the end it will b helpful for u 😊

Doesn't bamboo shoot contain cyanide? That's why you have to boil them before consuming. But the Naga bamboo or siej Naga doesn't need boiling it's the safest of the bamboo shoot to eat.

For fermenting we use plastic bottle and for the pickle we have store it in the glass bottle

Meghalaya pickles are mostly fried. Yeah, it's tasty but we prefer to eat the raw fermented pickles with ghost chilli.
