Man I do a deer Granola bar that I was going to do a video on and I love this Idea. I use corn, acorns, soybean and molasses in the bars and I could do this first and use the byproduct that I bake for items in the bars. Great Idea and I will surely give you a shout out if I use your idea.

What is the "molasses juice" you added? Is it home made or purchased?
    Thanks!

+Lee W as long as the corn is give it's flavour to the juice....too much boils you will loose apple juice by evaporation. It a balance.

How do you store the corn and solution? How long is it good for? How do you use the corn?

+Tom Morley good question....my corn I dry it in my oven....and reuse it later on...or you can make sour corn with it...and for my solution it will ferment a lot....I still need to find an product that will stop fermentation....otherwise DO NOT PUT A CAP ON IT...gas will be produced and it might blow up du to the excess of gas production by fermentation. Leave it in the fridge....it will slow down the fermentation process....but use it within the 72 hours....this is the best scent period...after it will produce deer moon shine... if you have a idea to stop fermentation process let me know. Best regards. CNF

I'm a homebrewer if you want to prevent fermentation you want to make sure that anything that is post boil is sanitized. The juice you're making is sanitized due to the boiling. However any equipment it comes in contact after the boil that has not been sanitized will either have wild yeast or bacteria that will ferment the attractant you are making.
One option if sanitation is an issue, you can add to the mixture, once it has cooled, some Campden Tablets. A dosage of one tablet per gallon will make sure everything is cleaned up. Campden Tablets can also be found in a powder form which is called Potassium Metabisulfite or Sodium Metabisulfite.
All this can be found at your local homebrew shop, wine making shop or online such as at www.ontariobeerkegs.com ( www.ontariobeerkegs.com/Campden_Tablets_1_oz_p/campden-sms-1oz.htm or www.ontariobeerkegs.com/Campden_Tablets_1_oz_p/campden-kms-1oz.htm)

Just another suggestion to stop fermentation - when I make wine and I want to add sugar to sweeten it without it fermenting, I add Potassium Sorbate, it stops fermentation. I don't think it would alter the scent but might be a consideration.
