In fact, you can use a powerpoint plugin called islide to finish these repeated steps, and I'm pretty sure you will love it right away.

No. You have to use Flash Once and if you will watch the video carefully then I have mentioned that how you can use Animation Painter to copy the Flash Once effect from my presentation (link in description) into yours.
