An old song, ofcourse, I heard it when I was a child on PTV, could nt understood a word those times, but lateron when I read Iqbal, I loved this poetry, its almost the hieght of his poetry.
As Salam u'Alaikum As far as i know the music of ths ghazal is in bhervi raag which is an Arabic raag. But Spanishs owned it. And now it is an identity of Spain's Music
The translation makes it so mucm more enjoyable. Md. Iqbal was a visionary and his thoughts are memorable.
