- Charles "LaLa" Evans and his wife Louise were together for 59 years and 11 months. Over the course of their marriage they took thousands of photographs together, capturing moments both big and small. When Louise passed away suddenly just one month shy of their 60th anniversary, Charles was determined to honor her memory using those pictures. So he created a museum in the backyard of their Mississippi home dedicated to their lifetime of love.

I was fine. I was smiling and thinking "that's so beautiful, he built a monument to their life together" then he said it..... "We lived a beautiful life, and now I'm just living a beautiful memory" and I instantly felt my face get hot, my throat had a soft ball and tears welled up.

The man spent his time living from the heart. He looks content and not scared. His life was probably better than the majority of people. When you look at a kid why are they happy and without fear? It's because they are full of life.
The story is a bit sad, but it can also put the important things of life into perspective.

Now that's true love right there. Mr. Evans even though he lost his wife he managed to be and happy and pay tribute to his wife and watching this not only make feel sad but also happy. :) happy Valentine's day everyone.
What a Beautiful love story. This gentleman has years of wonderful memories with his life long love, very few folks can claim to have almost 60 years of marriage these days. How sweet, we should all be loved as much as Louise.
