@davidritson2961 That flashing you see is an effect from a "green screen" with the background scenery imposed upon it. As Rafael moves forwards and backwards, he breaks the continuity of the projected background scenery.

This is not the usual approval that the Church has given to apparitions in the past.
Nihil obstat does not mean that the Vatican has approved Medjugorje apparitions as both supernatural and worthy of belief.
Nihil obstat simply means that the early messages are not contradictory to doctrine or the teachings of the Catholic faith.
They're acknowledging the fruits - the conversions, pilgrimages,etc but they have stopped short of saying that Our Blessed Mother has indeed appeared there, that the apparitions are supernatural and worthy of belief.
It's not like Fatima and Lourdes.

I don't think the messages were approved .... its only scarmental life, devotion and conversion and good fruits were acknowledged but not the message nor was a supernatural presence of our Lady as apparition
