Holy shit. Been waiting 30 years to see this footage. This band is on the short list of bands that should’ve went way, way further than they did. One of the coolest guitar riffs too. Thanks so much for posting this. 🤘🏻
On a side note, my 15 y/o daughter just found this CD on the shelf and loves it too. Keeping the Cry Wolf flame alive. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Still rock this album today. Bought this cd on a whim in a cd xchg in the early 90s. As a gtr player I still want to figure out the riff. Just a sad thing they hit at the end of the hair era❤❤❤

Wow!!! Awesome upload M M 11, like yourself I traded a lot of European TV music in the 90's to a big trader in the States for VHS shows of the hard rock bands I liked that never got the chance to come to the UK or even get airplay here, this is one I never came across but have several Japanese compilations type tapes of other bands, especially on the puppet interview show at the end. Great quality too, the power of the internet gets a lost gem like this eternal life for the fans and future fans to enjoy, thankyou for sharing, Cry Wolf, amazing band, amazing TV footage here, respect and regards 👍👍👍

You are far too kind, my friend! I’m just happy that we were able to create something that brought joy to people’s lives. We came VERY close to a European tour toward the very end, and I’ve been sad ever since that it ultimately wasn’t able to happen. Who knows, though?? “European Reunion Tour??” LOL

@@phil.deckard I'm honoured Phil in your reply, thankyou 👌
Not too kind by far but much deserved, there was a huge amount of rock bands at that time, especially in the States, so to stand out like you guys did and get MTV air play on Pretender, which got regular UK Headbangers airplay was a great achievement, and the album was a hard rock masterpiece in my opinion 👍
It would have been great you guys experiencing the European tour, so many countries, all different languages and cultures, but really even at the time I might as well have lived on another planet in regards to the American hard rock scene here, it was several monthly American hard rock magazines was the only way of keeping informed of what was happening and occasional bits on the UK Headbangers Ball, it was mainly the likes of Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath etc that was popular or got the airplay/recognition, which I think resulted I bands like yourselves not getting booked or funded over here, I don't think to this day even a band like Poison managed a UK tour, a rare glam spot here and there such as Britny Fox, original line up managed a short support slot along with Great White, who got a little longer, thanks to Alice Cooper who managed to sell out the venue's at the time, a triple bill, but that sort of thing was very rare.
A reunion European tour! That would be something 👌, never say never, before covid, Y&T were doing a UK/European tour every year and getting several hundred audience in my local Newcastle Carling Academy venue, and that's a good figure for rock here these days.
I'm sorry you didn't get the chance with the band to play Europe, that would have been great for you guys back then, fingers crossed, my kindest regards

Unbelievably talented band that got caught up in the image of hair metal too much. They had the skill but unfortunately alot of this was playback tracks. You can tell the easiest on The Prentender it's a straight rip from the album not a single muck up except for them not matching up with the sound which tells you there myming. Wish they made it big time but we're a little too late to the party, but as Steelheart would say. Don't call me late to the party!
