Minecraft 1.8.9 on a Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF (GT 1030 ddr4, I5-4570)

Sorry about the video jittering (my OBS settings must be messed up) so please either let me know how to fix it or even recommend a whole new recording software.

Also I'm assuming you had your fps capped at 60

Yeah, I wish I didn't do that lol, I may redo this video but if you look at my most recent posts you can see I get between 240-380 fps while recording.
