Wow! I love your skills and showing them to learn, Im a barista and had a few struggles to make these hearts and the flower art, I praticing it daily, now and just can make perfect hearts now and still praticing the flower art your showing to get them perfect as well, thank you so much for showing your awesome skills and teaching besides other barista's, too. Wonderful done! Thank you!!!
A big thanks to you for your kind feedback :-) If you can pour a perfect heart then the rest will follow for sure! I always tell people to focus on the heart first and only move on to the next pattern once you are really perfect ! So, keep going! Thanks for your support ;-)
Thank you for the video. Have a Q. Is there any special instruction when using a hand blender for whisking the milk? Whenever I do it the foam comes very dry and doesn’t seem consistent to do any art. I use warm whole milk. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Hey, thanks for the Q. Well, not really I guess. You re probably doing it right. What do u do need to do is act real fast once you are done. Directly pour the milk into a jug and make sure to keep the foam and milk nicely blended immediately. Then also start pouring really fast.. or else the foam rises to the top of the jug, gets stiff and it’s impossible to make Latte Art. So that might be the problem?

wow incredible octopus barista XD. just wondering about the quality of the shots pulled , as I see the grinds are not even in the portafilter @ 1:47 . I'm not a barista or anything , just a coffee enthusiast .Are you focusing on the art more than focusing on the shot or it does not matter that much if you're making a latte? once again WOW you are amazing .
Hi there, thank for your question and support! I use all Kinds of different Cups, in most of my Videos I'm preparing Cappuccinos which come in 180ml Cups. For a Latte I use a 260ml cup and depending on the coffee I have, I either do a single, sometimes double shot. Hope this answers your question.
soo goood thnx for share it i try when the milk is cold and you try too get silki foam is tooo awsome and when the milk is warm better to get full foam for cappicino i love ur rosseta and heart (latte art) barista is love not job.
If anyone is interested in reducing vertigo naturally the greatest info that i've had was with the Vertical Fixer Method (i found it on google) - I found it the most helpful info i've followed.
Pitcher sizes a 24/25 oz or 16/17 ounce for small ones. (his white one looks like the larger). and cup size 7/8 ounce (it depends on which cups he uses)
Hi Jon, thanks for your question. Well, that actually depends on the coffee, how it is roasted (lighter or rather dark), how fresh the coffee is, what beans etc. But to give you a rough idea: 10-12g for a single shot and around 20g for a double shot.
Hi Iam a barista and I got some questions for you. when I steam the milk and pour into the cup of espresso to make Flat white, after I pour the milk into the cup the on top of the coffee is looks dry...can you able to show me how to steam the milk creamy?
The point of frothing is to create microfoam. After swirl your milk anti-clock motion until it looks like wet- paint. Tap the pitcher flat on the Surface to eliminate all trapped air bubbles and it should look "creamy" to you (like wet paint) - for a flat white, I have two methods. Pour high and then drop way down before it gets full to rest the microfoam on top. Option Two: Pour high and spoon a nice clump of microfoam on top.
hi again sorry for boring you with more questions i just bought someof yourmaterielwith my brother account (TAJ AL ARABE)and im wondering how long it my take to get here in my country??

that espresso machine tho.. i never seen one's with 4 head and that kind before.. i've seen syneso hydra with three heads and dying to used it but not anymore after seing your machine..
When he splits the milk difference between pitchers it balance the microfoam to milk. Since he is pushing out 100 drinks per hour he needs to forth a lot more milk to keep up to the shot pull. At home on my Raniclio Classe 6 - it's easy to make a 8oz Mocha with a 12 ounce frothing pitcher with 6 ounce of milk inside. Hope that helps

Hi there! Well observed! It of course matters! Latte art is just the cherry on the icing but the coffee and it's taste are priority ;-)
Hi dritan! I love your videos! Just wondering what size cups you use? And how many shots of espresso you pull for each individual latte?
Hi there, thank for your question and support! I use all Kinds of different Cups, in most of my Videos I'm preparing Cappuccinos which come in 180ml Cups. For a Latte I use a 260ml cup and depending on the coffee I have, I either do a single, sometimes double shot. Hope this answers your question.

Hi Jon, thanks for your question. Well, that actually depends on the coffee, how it is roasted (lighter or rather dark), how fresh the coffee is, what beans etc. But to give you a rough idea: 10-12g for a single shot and around 20g for a double shot.
