It’s going to be such an impressive layout when it’s finished I’m looking forward to how it comes together. Love the look of those MBZ kits I’m going to look to see if there is anything for my UK based layout. Cheers John
Nice to see the progress. Out of curiosity: if the customer is so particular about laser-cut buildings, why do you use C-track and not the more realistic K-track ?
Gustav, there are a few reasons. The first and big one is K-Track uses steel rail and that rusts, the C-Track is all nickel silver and never rusts. Also with C-track you have more possibilities with design because they offer larger turnouts. Another factor is the wiring. With the C-track your turnout motors, turnout decoders, and signals pop right into the track, there is no wiring required, this saves the customer a lot of labor costs.
From one layout builder to another, Beautiful work.
Many thanks!
Jim does wonderful work on the MBZ structures. He is a rock star !
Awesome to see the progress!
Very excited to follow the progress. I would like to try MBZ kits so it would be great to see how they go together.
Marklin even the track is expensive. 😋
