Skewered Perfection? Nope, Pan-Saved Deliciousness! 😅🍖

We were planning to make beef tenderloin wrapped in lamb fat, but it fell off the skewer while on the fire! 😅 Luckily, we quickly switched plans and cooked it in the pan instead. Sometimes nature, and sometimes the kitchen, is full of surprises! 🍖🔥

Well, if he had cur the meat into 1 inch cube and placed them on a skewer, and did the same thing with the fat, then start griliing both together and every minute took the fat and rubbed it against the meat, he would have had a much tastier meal, than a simple stew at the end, but each to his own.

Thank you for your suggestion! We actually tried putting the meat on skewers, but the pieces fell off during cooking. So, we decided to finish it in the pan instead. We’ll definitely give your method another try next time and be more careful!
