Valarqvin's issue here is basically just Primal Casters entire existence. Them not only being unable to apply element outside of their skills, but also not all of their skills even applying element makes them one of the worst options in the entire game. It should be ingrained into their trait, especially for Primals, but I think to a lesser extent Ritualists should have also had it in their trait to apply like 10% of their attack as necrosis on hit. Once Elemental resistance becomes a thing, it will likely become wide-spread and not restricted to just specific elites or bosses, and once that happens these two archetypes are going to fall off hard based on if it reduces the build up, reduces the effect, or both.
TBH is very specific and entirly tied to your Niche, for most peoples it doesn't realy comes into play, IMO the main reason why Virtuosa doesn't suffer from that too is because as a limited 6star she's vastly overtune, the simple fact that she proc it passively in true AoE is already stupid IMO, let alone how fast she proc it.
We need better translation from Yostar, bcuz it is confusing hearing elemental damage for the bar and damsge in burst. The damage that ritualist are dealing is elemental impairment. Elemental impairment will fill up that circle which will proke elemental burst. For ally operators the amount of elemental impairment to proke elemental burst is 1000 for non-boss enemies and 2000 for bosses. Once elemental burst is proked, special effect will be applied depending on type of elemental damage. Also when elemental burst is proked, caster (primal or those with delta modules) will be able to deal elemental damage. They have skills which deal additional elemental damage once target in the elemental burst, which is pretty noticeable.
Its insane that they released an apex ritualist that does everything a Ritualist needs to do litterally few months after Valerquin wich barely worked properly. Lmfao
They both even have basically the same S1 and S2 so if you have Virtuosa there's no reason to build Valar unless you really like her or want to use lower rarity.

I think if that happens, they probally will rework the subclasses or give them at least a modul to boost that effect

I agree yeah. Virtuosa even at E0 Lvl 1 20secs to proc necrosis by herself is a bit much let alone at E2.

Atk up would've probably been better because as it is right now her skill at e0 lvl 1 nerfs her damage by using it.

e0 clears are the most fun clears one can try to do cuz youre always with 0 hope of clearing a stage anyways... until you somehow clear it lol

A lot of it was through the monthly squads but I did some with E2 Ling support too.
