Hi Nay, nice to see you. Oh, it did not effect us that much, the watermain problem. The were fixing it last week and came back to finish the job. So I believe its done and life can return back to normal as far as the watermain goes. Thanks for stopping by to see and hear what I had to say about this collection. This one surprised me and I liked it a lot more than what I thought I would. It was not overly strong or light. Its a good solid one for the summer. Hope the rest of your day goes well for you. Great review Brenda I have my summer collection and was sniffing right along with you, lol. We have the exact same thoughts on all of these with one exception. Sunset sky and strawberry is my least favorite, there is a bit of a wonky smell to my nose, but maybe it will change on warming. I absolutely love pink pineapple and sugar. Just goes to show everybody has different scent preferences. Thank you for sharing.
Good Morning Lynn. That is great that you had the bars with you to smell them as well. :) Yes I find on certain scents not everyone will smell the same thing. It's interesting how on the Sunset Sky and strawberry we differ. That's a good thing were not all the same or things would get boring. So I am glad I was not too off the mark.....somedays, my nose goes so rogue its way out in left field. Glad to today was not the case. I hope the rest of the morning goes well for you. this is why I haven't ordered the set. Reviews are so opposite on all the bars. I saw a couple people say the pink pineapple sugar has an odd note.
Is there a similarity between strawberry Sunset Sky and Plum and White Woods? I love Plum and White Woods. I haven't ordered any of these new collections yet. I may do a six pack with a mix of these bars and the Scent-Spirations collection.
HI Kiara to be honest I really don't know . I have not smelt Plum and White Woods in a while.. And with that said it would not be one I would have gravitated towards. I don't even think I have one in my stash. All I know is that the strawberry sunset sky has a distinct fruity strawberry sweet smell, with just a bit of woods thrown in there. To the point I like it. It's not overly sweet or woodsy. Sorry I can't help you out more. I really thought this collection being on the lighter-medium side was a solid one this time round. Nice to see you. If I can't decide usually the ones I think I will like, I usually put in my Scentsy Club. At least I am saving a bit of money on them. I know its so hard to decide what to go with at times.
