Me, watching all the boss guides for VotI, pausing and rewinding and taking note of everything aspect of the fight, knowing good and well when I get back in the game, I'll just spam a few WQ's and log off because I'm not in a guild and I'd rather have all my teeth pulled with no anesthesia than to pug.
The best start of tanking the boss was simple, no tank swaps - 1 tank is always on the boss and 1 tank is in a group for adds. Worked like a charm for 2 kills but I'm not sure if all tanks can do it.
Yeah we use double prot and use that strategy. We have tank, unholy dk, healer and hunter on boss at all times. The other tank, 4 dps and heals run around killing adds. If the adds are falling quicker and the group is waiting, pull the lowest dps across to tunnel boss making her easier in phase 2 and have less HP.
Hunter is classed that way not due to numbers but what they can offer the raid. The same mistake that most people who play meta classes only make. They assume the list is only based on the ability to go zug zug

What addon are you using for enemy health bars?
No addon, just default with the “Larger Nameplates” setting on!

I dunno but that's one of the top mages in the world so I'm sure it was for a reason. -jim
The circle for rune is much much larger than the actual art on the ground, they never left the range.
