Very over-lighted to my opinion, atmosphere of most Morrowind interiors is that they are rather dark. Though the capability of Nvidia software to generally keep the original look is unbelievable. It is far better than all retexturing and remodelling mods I have seen as they somehow missed the sense of style.
I agree, the style is always off with mods. Modders are mainly tasteless amateurs
The lights should have a soft glow and flicker. You might wanna pass along that they should look into implementing that and allowing lots of shadows...

Was the abundance of wall carpets the feature in the original game (particularly in this interior) or you added them with RTX mod?

TLDR: this doesnt look much better than OG - but its not your fault - Nvidias pants are just on fire lately....
rtx remix is such a lie...like, REALLY, almost their entire campaign is made of lies - most of the portal rtx videos: they made it out to be an AI tool that works "in real time" - you have to do it all yourself - and whe it comes to morrowind they where even MORE dirty! it wasnt until you see any of those do you learn it's a creation engine and the real work is up to you, and they didnt even do morrowind themselves, like they did with portal. AND (as far as i can find out) you cant download the mod they showed off for morrowind AAAND they dont even plan to finish it!!!!!! seriously, dahfuq is Nvidia playing at? like, why not at least release the ONE PERCENT of morrowind that they remade in remix for a starting point, that way the version people are actually gonna get would RESEMBLE what they showed
