I haven't streamed yet on twitch, although I'm thinking about it. But for my mixcloud I use a couple web cams.

For my youtube videos, I'm now using a Canon M50, which I might set up for my streams soon as well. I just got it, so haven't figured that out yet. My earlier videos were on an M100.
I'm thinking I'm going to start streaming on twitch soon for the organic reach there. I've got the account set up, but my friends follow me on mixcloud.
I'm not sure about Twitch's future with copyright issues. Artists and labels are cracking down, and Mixcloud has the licencing, so I've stayed over there so far.

You can totally do some B Roll with your phone. There's some good videos on youtube to give you some direction. Just type in "how to creat amazing B Roll with your phone".
