@Physio Andrea ,I must say the best set of exercises,I pick up 2 sets like these days I am doing core 1 & moderate chair exercises for 4 days & then pick up another 2 sets .Do you think this is okay or I should further increase.
Hi Rekha, we can’t give specific advice or recommendations over RUclips so if you aren’t sure about increasing, please ask a local Physio. In general, if you feel good and are enjoying the exercises, you can try increasing for a few days and see how your body responds. If you have increased pain or any other symptoms then decrease again.
Happy New Year wishes!!! I have a right thoracic left lumbar curves. Should I do these exercises more on the side with the higher curve measurement? Tgsnk you Diana
Hi Diana - For general fitness exercises, we recommend doing equal sets and reps on both sides. But, if you were doing scoliosis-specific exercises like Schroth, there are exercises that are only done on one side… it would be best to ask a trained scoliosis therapist if there’s one in your area ☺️
Hi Sandeep, we aren't able to provide medical advice over RUclips, and we can only provide online treatment to people in Canada. We do offer scoliosis-friendly pilates and yoga classes - if you're interested in these, please visit scoliclinic.ca/treatments/scoliosis-friendly-pilates-and-yoga/
