I think it's because Barton was on the 6 they admitted he was the player they really wanted. They also spent the extra 3rd on a guy protected to be a special teamer and rotational LB.
It was a great pick by Dallas. They moved down and got a extra pick from Detroit. Detroit overpaid by giving Dallas a 3rd round pick. Dallas needed offensive line and they got it plus 3 picks in day 2. People need to learn football before commenting.

The Cowboys did a pretty good job at drafting a OT, OG, DE, and LB. They still need a QB, RB, and DT. Maybe they’ll draft a QB next year in the draft because Dak isn’t the guy

Dak is a great guy, puts up great numbers but can’t beat real contenders and pisses down his leg in the playoffs.
