I'm not an expert but I'd suggest maybe exposure therapy? If he walks outside and sees cars does he react the same? Show him lots of cars outside like alot and it might eventually loose its luster and excitement and seem mundane to the dog. Just an educated guess, hope your car enthusiast and you find some peace 😂❤
no go to a place where cars drive. and just play with your dog give him time to make a good decesion when he watch u give him somting nice keep it short like 3 minutes and build it
