Really nice. I wonder what the neighborhood fees are in addition? I am bothered unfortunately by the rapid price appreciation in your area. I believe it may have canceled one of Lake Chapala’s advantages over other places, say southern New Mexico. I’d encourage anyone considering retirement to take a look at Las Cruces, or for a bit more travel: Portugal and Spain.
That view from the covered terrace -- WOW! And the sierra is so gorgeous once the rains usher in all of that lovely greenery. Wonderful home.
