For the end links. You need to disconnect both sides and they will go in with no issues. I’m sure the manufacturer made sure they fit before they release the kit. We just installed this same kit and they worked perfectly. Good luck !
What? thats an odd issue. What happens when you press the drive mode selector? I can only think that yours had the EDC but I thought that wasn't available till the F30 340i.
@@InlineSixAuto it does nothing but go back to comfort mode.. I’m thinking about getting in contact with the manufacturer (ECS tuning) and see what they say
Yeah I had that issue when I first put them on and then over time it started to go away on the driver side but I ended up putting on regular non-slotted rotors anyway because I started to not like how they looked.
I had them for about 2 years before I sold this F30. I think they were great for the price. the only issue I had was that was slight clunking at times but that was it. Definitely worth it for what they cost.
Hey, good video. Can they go higher than what you have in the video? I am considering BC because they offer custom spring rates but I only want to lower by no more than half an inch versus stock sport(rwd) suspension.
I had the damping set to around 20 clicks for both front and rear. I like a more stiff ride. the ride height really depends on what wheels and tires you're running. With these wheels in the video, I set the height to just be nice and symmetrical around the wheels. I didn't want to slammed look. It's hard to measure the actual height difference. You just half to adjust them constantly when you first put them on to see what you like.
I do actually in the front sometimes, not over speed bumps though. Mainly over just uneven patches of the road. I thought it may be the lower control arm bushings cause they’re kinda shot. Once I replace them, then I could confirm it really is just the coilovers making the noise.
Hey, about to throw on my BC's extreme lows, any day now on the same car, 335i RWD, was just wondering if you had any issues at all bro, or any annoyances? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Only annoyance I have is that there I slight clunking in the front when I go over little bumps and even parts of the road. I have not been able to figure out. Literally looked and checked everything. I have a feeling it might not be related to the coilovers themselves but actually the other suspension components. Other than that these coilovers are next to perfect. Ride comfort and dampening adjustability are the best things about these coilovers.
@@Yoo_Space I believe the knock you hear is a common problem with the steering rack. I have it on my f30 since fitting my coilovers. Will be replacing the part tomorrow so will update if that is the issue.
@@oisinmcreynolds9620 I have a knock in my steering wheel when I turn it from lock to lock, I believe it is the Steering Rack Bushing also, I have Bilstein Coilvers so I hope that's not what's causing the noise, please update me when you install the part :D
Car feels great. It almost feels like stock suspension if you adjust the dampening clicks to your liking. I had mine at 16 in front and 22 in rear. Gave it the most stock like feel for me. And mine doesn’t have EDC so it’s just regular.

Yes I had the same problem once I took the endlinks off on both sides it went on easy
Loved the adjustment part at the tail end. You might wish to do a separate video strictly on the adjustment. Loved it anyway.
Just got my BC's in tonight and going to throw them in tomorrow. Nice tutorial, good looking out!
How’s the B/c coilover?
@@chisingchen3290 love em!
Thank you , great information. Exactly what I was looking for.
I installed coil overs on my f30 335i… now I can’t activate any of the modes (Sport, Sport + and EcoBoost).. what should I do?

Does anyone know if Rwd F30 coilovers can fit on Xdrive F30? Same suspension?
They aren’t the same. The front is different on xDrive
Thanks for the video, it helped me out a lot!
Where can I find the link you where going to add in description for Endlinks?
How much higher can you go in the front, and how much higher can you go in the back compared to setup in the video?
There was still a couple more inches I could up
Are your Zimmerman front rotors making a noise? similar to the one when kids used to put playing cards on their bike tires.
Yeah I had that issue when I first put them on and then over time it started to go away on the driver side but I ended up putting on regular non-slotted rotors anyway because I started to not like how they looked.
i have a awful 3+in tire to fender gap. will these solve my issue? if so i’ll buy em right now
Yep they easily solve that issue. As mentioned you can adjust the ride height to exactly your liking.
Mind if i ask what your damper settings are? Great tutorial btw
At the moment I have 20 clicks in the rear and 16 clicks in the front. Feels perfect for me. Almost like stock suspension.
Great video man! How have these treated you up til today?

Great video , what mm spacers are you adding ???
10mm in the front and 15mm in the back 👍
do you have any spacers on this car? how much room do you think there would be with spacers, im running 12mm and 15mm right now
Yes I ended up putting spacers on with these wheels. Those would fit just fine with those size spacers
Hello, the rear height, it is setup in the damper as seen in the video?, or it is adjusted in the rear spring top collars? thx
The rear height is adjusted with the with lock rings on the strut tower, not the rings on top of the spring.
@@InlineSixAuto you always adjust the height on the springs in the rear, and in front adjust the length of the damper.

Thanks! Yes i can go a bit higher. But I am closer to the highest height setting.
what are your damping setting and the height for both front and rare ? or general recommendations ?

Is this the minimum 2 inch drop?
No you can go way lower. I have mine on the higher side.
Do you experience a clunking sound when you go over speed bumps? I do On mine just curious
