- Get in shape with this 20 min upper body workout for beginners and for more experienced athletes which you can do anywhere - at home or outside!
The exercises target your upper body muscle groups like your chest, core, arms and abs. The exercises hit the muscles in an order to maximize gains and hypertrophy. To further enhance muscle stimulation, focus on the target muscles which pushing these exercises.
I recommend to do this workout 3-4 times a week. Doing it regulary will greatly improve your overall fitness and endurance on a long run.

Nice man! I'm low money right know and I am mining every youtube upper body and yours right now is the best, I'll try it for sure! I havent done yet but 20 minutes I think is a short time, probably I'll die before. Do you recommend doing the video two times? I'm aiming for 3 times a week
3 times a week & 2 times in a row is tough but for sure very benefitial!
