Pro-tip: I love your ingenuity, but there is a much easier way to prevent the engine from turning while loosening the Crankshaft pulley bolt. Remove the starter, and then use a very large prybar, inserting it in between the teeth on the ring gear for the starter and the block. Wedge it in place and then apply full torque to the pulley bolt. No muss, no fuss, no custom tools needed. [A.S.E. certified, 25+ years exp.]
Pro-tip: Loosen the water pump pulley bolts prior to removing the belt; rookie mistake duder! No worries, you're learning just like the rest of us, but this should help you in the future.

Pro-tip: RTFM ~ Read the F***ING manual! You are SUPPOSED to remove the dipstick tube prior to removing the water pump. You already have it loose, just PULL IT OUT for G**'s sake... You are honestly creating more work for yourself than necessary... *SMH*
Bro.. literally why did you remove the water pump and the entire manifold with it. Then you just ended up having to put the water pump AND manifold on a bench, in a vice, to be able to separate them. If you buy a replacement water pump, it does not come with the manifold. So it is literally pointless to take that off of the car. This video is so unhelpful, it is honestly laughable. Please.. Please. DON'T make more corolla videos. You are misleading people left and right
