Colorado Windstorm - April 6-7, 2024

  • Video and photos from the windstorm that hit on April 6-7 (with the strongest part being overnight)
    Wind gusts from 70-80+ mph damaged fences, brought down large trees, broke branches, and knocked out power to some areas. (note: some areas were also pre-emptivly shut off to prevent wildfire should a line come down).
    Note, this was just a windstorm .. no snow/rain/thunder/etc
    No audio since this is a mix of photos & video-clips (only sound would have been "wind on the microphone noise")
    I had to cut out a fair bit of video/photos/etc... even when I had things cut down to the main parts I wanted, it was still over the limit, so I had to go back & take out another few minutes worth of stuff.
    This one also took a fair bit of time (overall) to do the putting together/editing stage.
    Oh and... never stop StormWatching!
