@AshleyGrapePruitt You know: His first world tour, The 2010-tour, began with him touring in USA. I don't know in which states, but he was there like a month touring. Keep your eyes open at his website so you won't miss him again. -W-
@Wistbacka I've played guitar for 1,5 years and been studying music at school for not even half a year and I can play just by listening to the song. Not flawless, but kinda.
This is not about the cough, it's about Sungha. He is the most incredible performer I've ever had the pleasure listening to. He is very special unlike those who envy him so much.
@ethan666fire when i was young up to when i was 4...i was raised in korea and back then...if you're a boy raised in that country you had to take taekwondo...it was mandatory...i only wish learning to play an instrument was mandatory!
@Wistbacka Jag studerar musik och för att klara intagningsprovet var man tvungen att ha någorlunda gehörl. Men ja, du har rätt. Majoriteten av alla musiker har nog denna förmågan, tror jag.
@kj4tw um I think in Asia kids are raised to be more polite just because their language also has polite terms. In Korea, there are so many things a person cannot say to their elders, and certain terms or phrase to choose because they have so many different forms of language: casual, semi-formal, and formal form of language, whereas in the US, people actually tell their kids to be independent and express how they actually feel.
I have a Korean friend who took piano lessons for five years. She plays swiftly, but everyone notices that she has no 'emotion' to any piece of music she plays. I think it's kind of the same for Sungha. I mean, he's REALLY brilliant if we're talking about his ability, but somehow he doesn't show emotion very much, and for me, music is all about emotion.
@Shishawunder The problem with your statement is that Sungha keeps on doing covers of other guitarists arrangements within just a few weeks after they've been released here on RUclips. And playing by skill by ear and by notes are so very different. What I've red and heard, Sungha learns by RUclips Tutorials alot too.
@SilentKiller83 Grown up is a bit of stretch. :D He's 13½ years old. But that just makes it more impressive that he is touring the world. I just hope Sungha finds his way here to read all these comments. -W-
@arebollar4 Yes. In his category he's very strong for a young. So maybe in 2 years. He will mature in his guitar game. I don't know if Shunga has a musical formation. That fact will differentiate with other guitarist. Like Baden Powell, Segovia, or any other.
@tokee1234567 Brilliantly said about the Asian culture, although there doesn't seem to be much length restriction on his hair unlike in my former school. Sungha is divine!
Unfortunately you are right. However, I don't think those who conduct such business spams about it on RUclips, claiming to buy a world wide-known guitarist. =) -W-
@GuitarBottle I could, but I'm sorry to tell you that my purpose is not to give out guitar tutorials of other guitarists. You have to ask Sungha for that kind of help. Or that artist in matter that I am filming. If you want to learn, contact the artists Sungha has learned from. YOu can find almost all of them on RUclips. Best regards! -Wistbacka

I apologize for that, but as I've stated many times: I had a terrible flue, and it is actually a miracle that I didn't cough even more frequently.

What if God decides to send one of the angels to play music for us?
@Wistbacka Jag studerar musik och för att klara intagningsprovet var man tvungen att ha någorlunda gehörl. Men ja, du har rätt. Majoriteten av alla musiker har nog denna förmågan, tror jag.

@Wistbacka he has damn good managers - do you realy think a musician with such people around have to learn with RUclips?! - i dont think so
