Very important video. I learned a lot of information. Both panels performed almost identically. Thank you very much for making such a beautiful video. I saw your video from Bangladesh. Thank you very much.
Good job bro. Can u do the shading test on Half cut and full cell solar panel.I have that impression that the Half cut will do better because it has more busbars .Thanks

Some of the factors that affect the output of the solar panels include the intensity of the irradiation from the sun, the angle of inclination of the panels, the direction the panels are facing (relative to the magnetic south), etc.
Panel rating is done at standard condition which includes temperature of 25 degree centigrade. It's difficult to replicate these standard conditions in real life plus losses along the cable, conversion losses and installation conditions.

Great job Mr Ikenna, pls why is the controller charging a 12v battery at 30v thereby reducing the current going into the batteries ? Isn't the controller supposed to size up the voltage to match the battery voltage rating? (15v preferably) Pls clarify sir. Tx
Greetings, the charger will regulate to charge the battery connected. The battery could be 12 or 24v on most of these. The charge controllers usually can go up to 100v solar panel input. The more power you get the better, the bigger the panel the more you get while its cloudy, hence taking advantage of the sun as much possible.
sir , i have a few quick questions :- ur response shall be appreciated ...1- ja panel and canadian panels are p.type or n.type. ? 2- i use solar sytem but while using the system when i turn on ac or water motor or even a refrigerator then the inverter immediately trips and stops working specifically (when i have disconnected the grid electricity from the inverter) because of the starting torque current of these appliances , so what i want to know from u is that is there a way to overcome this issue of the starting current torque ?
@@smilinsunsmilinsun8056no sir , my inverter is not at all underpowered , infact i have solar panels totalling 3 kw and the inverter is actually 6kw so as such there is no issue of compatibility or lesser power of inverter...
The overload protection is what is triggering the inverter to go off. Try upgrading the capacity of the inverter or put off all loads and then put on the water motor to see if the problem perists.
Mine does similar thing, though not all the time. It trips off and says short circuit, and comes back ON after 2secs, but just on the socket where my TV, Home Theatre, Laptop, DSTV etc. The reason was because My AC socket and the TV socket share the same Neutral wire (Bad wiring by those who wired the apartment). So what I did was to connect all the appliances on the TV socket to a UPS first and plug the UPS to the TV socket. That way it stopped.
Nice work sir. I have been looking for this type of rig, which can help sanitize Nigerian solar market. I suggest you change your testing stand positioning. These solar panrls will produce more power if you position their surfaces perpendicular to the sun rays.

Very good tests. Greetings from Jamaica.
Thank u
Excellent job in comparing these.
I really enjoy your videos.
Thank you
Appreciated your test. Both of them well, not much dofference
Thanks.
Thanks
This is wonderful... Both panels are of the output
Can you please send me the contact of the person you bought those panels? Getting original can be quite tricky.
i was just making findings about some panels that looks black on the roof and you earned a subscriber because of how cool your video is!

Unfortunately missed the time you did the test. My question is what would be the output of the panel was shaded 50% from top to bottom on each?

I love it that they both beat same score.
I would have loved Jinko to be among too.
Thank you

Ikenna you are doing very well keep it up...these 75% efficiency wow... does vancharse sell these original panels?
I need 500 to 550W JA or tell me what you have amongst grade A
Thanks, pretty much the same output.
Same actually

Great video. Thank you. But why is it that when a panel is rated 565w you don't get that rating even when sun is shining it's best?
It depends on the quality of the sun

What is happening looks like your inverter is undersized for the task you are giving it. there is no information on your inverter capacity.

Ok
Instead switching the pannels switch the battery
