Although I like the dressing itself, as the materials are comfortable for the wearer and it stays in place, the instructions that recommend several layers around the foot/ankle do NOT adhered to LaPlace's law. TOO MUCH pressure around the ankle. Due to the smaller circumference, additional layers at that location is not appropriate. Certainly a concern for individuals with arterial insufficiency and small vessel disease.

Why dont you use a model with swollen legs and feet
