    This is a great sounding 4 stroke too. I don’t like all the engine noise that comes from the Kawis, Suzuki’s, and Yamahas. Honda makes a good sounding bike especially with an exhaust on it and this Beta sounds sweet too.

    Great ride, thank you for sharing, what's your opinion about the Beta 350 weight and handling comparing with a enduro 250 4 stroke enduro bike?
    I want to buy a 250 f enduro model, light, nimble and playful bike, overall I think the Beta race models have the best quality cost relation that's why I'm considering the 350, but I'm afraid that it might not be as playful as the 250, I would love to know your thoughts about it!

    You should buy this bike and get a titanium exhaust, fuel mapping system like Get or Vortex ECU, and get the engine ported and polished with new cams, valves, valve seats, high compression piston, add some race gas, and radiator fans and you would dominate the land!!! 💪 💪

      But then if he payed to do all that to engine then that would change all the smooth characteristics of the beta 350, if anyone wants more power wouldn’t it be common sense to just buy the 390 or 430 bc they all have the same frame……Do you even own a Beta???

    • @jonathondavis170
      @jonathondavis170 3 года назад +1

      @@shannonscott5788 No, I own a TM Racing, and Husqvarna & Yamaha before this - and no, altering stock engine parts with performance parts DO NOT change the CHARACTERISTICS of an engine! It simply adds feel and connection, while boosting power in rev ranges to your liking.
      A 450 will always feel like a 450 no matter what you do to it, and a 250 or 350 will do the same. Sounds like you don't modify your engines, and that's completely fine, but if you have no understanding on the topic, please don't try to belittle someone else who understands through their own hard work and hard-earned money?!?!? I was simply stating what RACING TEAMS AND PRIVATEERS do to their bikes for RACING - Heck, most vet racers do the same as I do - when you do the things I mentioned, one can actually ride their bike more easily during the race. Open up all rev ranges and the free feel, allow lugability, and set engine breaking to what feels best. Set the suspension and chassis to your liking, and use technology to get a better bike and experience from better billet linkages, to triple clamps, to engine mounts, to hardware...it all adds up and makes a difference. :) I understand not everyone likes fast/aggressive riding, but if one does enjoy the thrill and wants to push harder physically, mentally, and spiritually, then more than likely they will "fine tune their instruments" for the concert. Do you understand, now? Maybe he's not into building his bike too, but again, I have PLENTY of friends with modded Betas for racing that are ridiculously amazing with power, agility, handling etc. It's Italian made just like my TM! Of course, they are ALL amazing stock...but could they still be better tuned for each individual rider/racer??? The correct answer is a Yes! So don't be an arrogant human being and act superior, when the people with mechanical knowledge calls out your bologna sandwich that you are trying to serve here. Build people up, instead of constantly bashing others. You got serious social problems if you can't go one comment without being passive-aggresive and full of yourself.
      Go visit and a race shop/engine builder and find all the avenues of technology that are now available with both carbed and fuel injected dirt bikes! Enjoy it while it last - most manufacturers will stop making dirt bikes with internal combustion engines in year 2035.

    • @jonathondavis170
      @jonathondavis170 Год назад

      @Hilts You're right. I got to know a lot of people that were/are factory engine builders, and was hyped about how engines can be built, how they work, and how they're modified.
      General people don't need any of that...we all need more technique, skill, experience, and fitness. Although, I do have to say that those things do make such a difference if you've never rode one before...they're just so much easier to ride at speed. But you guys are right - I was wrong. I got too excited and passionate about the engineering behind changing engines...and even though performance goes up, durability/longevity goes down. I have a Red Moto CRF450RX with an engine builder and the intervals for rebuilds are decreased...that's not what you want out of a Beta unless you're on a Factory team, top Privateer, or extremely wealthy, and only race in fast paced races like Sprint Enduro, ISDE, GNCC etc.
      So I happily admit I was way off the mark back then.
