Spoiler Alert: Actually there was a time when they worked together, it was when they took down Beta, that's kinda impressive af I mean, Daryl handled Beta on his own before, but when Negan helped him, it was like a piece of cake. Beta is strong af, so Daryl and Negan tag team is OP
If he killed Daryl here it would've been insanely stupid given he can't go back to the Whisperers, and Carol would've been extremely suspicious and probably end up killing him.

I think as time went on Daryl understood that Negan did what he did to protect his people. The way he did it by making people a resource was fucked up and evil but they live in a fucked up and evil world. He has helped them defeat several threats since him and has showed how good he can be when he’s on your side. Negan is broken and fucked up. But that’s exactly what you want on your team in a world like this.
It's so SURREAL to me that I love Negan now. I stopped watching mid season 5, got spoiled a few years later that Glenn & Abraham died and I swore that was the end of it. I started the show again last month and I'm on s10 and he is easily my favorite character
TWD should join all the main characters, including Morgan, and carry on the fight together. Each spinoff is just a watered-down virgin of the original.

Tells it like it is, always, even at his own peril. Im not one to forgive, i still think gabriel deserves to be a walker head on a spike outside alexandria, but negan, my most hated character for 2 solid, painful yrs, FAR Worse than gabe, im fully behind his redemption. Has been done very well imo. Hes among my fave cast members now that hes not opposing our group (whats left of em)

At that point he was still Negan but not the one they knew when they first encountered him because now he was an old, broken man. At one point he broke out but realized that the world outside of Alexandria is barren & worthless so he returned to his cell. After some time & the introduction of the Whisperers, Carol jailbroke him & set him on a mission to kill Alpha(The Leader of the Whisperers.) After some more shows of good faith they let him regain autonomy & freedom to a degree
Negan is one of those characters you want to hate so bad but you end up loving them instead.
The charisma is off the roof.
