I think that eventually we should have an Acheron type of character for every path, it woyld really be a good concept to make characters relevant for more time

I made this theoretical Harmony unit kit in my free time and I think this is what Blade and Jingliu need. Character - Darkness (Yes it's a Konosuba reference, couldn't think of anything better) Basic Attack - 20 energy 50% HP dmg to single enemy. Enhanced Basic attack - 20 energy 100% HP dmg to single enemy and 50% to adjacent. Consumes 2% HP from entire team. Skill - 30 energy Applies the 'Ways of the Masochist' state on to a selected ally and heals them by 10% Max HP. The state allows that ally to ignore 20% of the opponents defense when dealing dmg. When the ally in the state uses an attack they lose 5% Max HP. Lasts for 3 turns and count down on this unit (Darkness's) turn. This unit gains Enhanced basic while the state is active and can't use skill. Ultimate - 160 cost Applies the 'Art of Pain' state to the entire field(Aura buff like Robin and Ruan Mei). In this field, if any ally loses or gains HP they gain a 'Pain and Gain' stack, up to 20 stacks. Each stack gives the ally 1.5% Max HP, 5% DMG Bonus and 1 Outgoing Healing bonus. (MAX 30% HP, 100 DMG% and 20 Outgoing Healing). In the field whenever an ally is about to attack, they lose 1% Max Hp before attacking. If HP loss exceeds 10%, the Ally gains an additional stack. Talent When an ally loses HP they gain 5 energy (can't be affected by Energy Regeneration Rate). Increases all ally's speed by 10%.. Passive 1 - When an ally has 10 or more Pain and Gain stacks, they gain 20% All type res pen. Passive 2 - When Ways of Masochist state and Art of Pain are both active, whenever an ally attacks causes that ally to lose 2% HP and all ally's gain 10% DMG reduction. Passive 3 - Enhanced Basic Attack has 100% Crit rate. For every 100 HP over 4000, Enhanced Basic Attack gains 1 DMG% and 2% Crit dmg (Needs 8k HP to max it, Max 40 DMG% and 80% Crit dmg) Technique- This character gains 50 energy and 40% action forward on entry into battle. Signature LC 30% Max HP. Increases Basic atk dmg by 30% of Max HP, and when a basic attack hits an enemy, a debuff is applied to them which makes them take 10% more dmg(Vulnerability), lasts for 2 turns) . When an ally loses HP, that ally can ignore 20% Def and this character gets 3% Energy Reg rate(Upto 15%). E1- Max limit of stacks of Ult increases by 10. If ally causes loss of HP of multiple characters, they gain Ult stacks depending on the number of characters who lost HP. E2- Enhanced Basic heals team by 5%, gives 2 ult stacks to whole team and applies a 20% Vulnerability debuff. E4- Using Enhanced Basic gives self 4 energy and increases duration of skill by 1 turn (never have to skill again) E6- Enhanced Basic scaling increased by (20% of Max HP)* No. Of Ult stacks. Ult starts off with 10 stacks.

This reminds me of what I came up with for a possible kit for Duke Inferno. A kit that was focused on amount of HP consumed to provide buffs while applying a lot of burn on everything including their own allies as a way of triggering the HP Consumption. The Ultimate isn’t based on this but rather is something that can heal your damaged allies according to how much damage they have taken while the ultimate is active. This will be 25% of the damage that they take for 3 turns. Once the three turns is up Duke Inferno will then release an attack that will hit even their own allies in an AOE situation that will deal a set number of damage equal to the damage received during the charge period among all allies. It will deal the full value to all enemies but will cap at around 2500 damage to your own allies. His talent gives all burned allies the following effect. When attacking take burn damage then if this unit has 50% or less HP, gain 10 Energy. I call this ability Ignition. The skill burns all other allies for two turns while dealing blast damage to the target. Targets hit by this attack will also be burned. His traces includes the following. Increases damage dealt to burned enemies by 10%. While at 50% HP or less, increases crit damage dealt to burned targets by 25%. If all units in play are burned, both friend and foe, upon using the ultimate for the first time this turn, gain energy equal to half the max. Eidolons are specifically designed to help add more utility. E1 Everflame Burned allies will not be knocked out from burn damage. E2 Burning Desire When a burned unit takes damage outside of burn damage, all Path of Destruction units you have gain 10% crit rate and 5% crit damage for three turns. If all allies are Path of Destruction, gain 25% crit rate and 20% Crit Damage instead. E4 Flickering Flame When activating Ultimate, all units with more than half HP Consume HP until they are at half HP. Consumed HP becomes a shield. A units with less than half HP restore HP until they are at half HP. E6 Until the world knows Destruction Increases the Max HP of all Burned allies by 25% for the burn duration. All Burned allies gain 10% Crit Damage equal to the difference between their current HP and their Max HP divided by 1500. (Max 150 Crit Damage.) To make that last one a little easier to understand here is the formula. 10% times the Max HP-Current HP divided by 1000. Max 150% This effectively makes it so that for every 1000 HP that is missing from the user, they gain an extra 10% Crit Damage. But if their current HP is far lower than their max HP, you get a higher payout.
The kit sounds fit, but has some issue: 1.If he is focusing on burn then there's unnecessary interplay with nihility 2. E1 has to be in base kit, since all self-inflicted damage sources in the game have never been lethal so far 3. Below 50% requirement can grief some characters who cannot consistently stay there and also raises a need for a specific unit that can ensure survival below 50% without healing over this threshold or producing strong shields. I want to highlight that blade has a trace that increases incoming healing while below 50%. But I like the idea of burning allies, using it as a base might actually lead to a good character design
I really feel bad about Blade. He has a unique kit, being almost unkillable, but dealing less damage is, in my opinion, really suited for him specifically. But in a game where every endgame mode is focused on how quickly enemies are defeated, lower damage for being a dps is not apritieted. His big upside of being tanky does not hold much value because of limited sustain units, which provide more utility for the team. Unfortunately, the kit of Blade, right now, doesn't belong in hsr
Yeah, these games ending up becoming dps check always hurts them in some way. Unique characters like Blade become a problem instead of something fun to use
Because the concept of ultimate that doesnt based on energy got introduced there is a lot of potential for new dps. Example like a character ult that gain 1 stack by a character doing a FUA, or after a toughness bar of an enemy got broken or in this case if they were to make a DPS that has the same ult system, gaining 1 stack for every instant of HP lost. But they could also capped it like archeron where in 1 turn they can only gain 1 stack at a time which would kinda suck cause if it is not uncapped jade and blade combo would be the best battery for that specific DPS.

Good news apparently castorice, one of the most hyped characters of Amphoreus with a dragon as her memosprite will be an HP scaling DPS, Mydei (Also HP scaling) is rumored to be her BiS teammate as a sub dps and Tribbie as the best support - I do have a feeling blade can get into castorice teams if people do not pull mydei and act as a sub dps, gotta wait for more info tho until then its looking spicy for our boy blade.
Wait wait, you're cooking. So maybe something like that one SU blessing that splits damage? Speaking of SU, I also was thinking that it'd be fun if there was a relic to spread percentage of self healing to other party members, I love using that blessing with Blade and turning him into my healer
Chick winga already buffed Blade by a giga amount. Chick Wings weakest is lack of atk buff to be good with non high stat DPS but Blade doesn't utilize atk and just abuse his buffs by a ton.
I think an interesting design space would be a unit that has a buff which counts up healing (but NOT overhealing) a unit receives and applies stat boosts based on the total. This way his HP modulation becomes a touch more relevant and it pulls a little power from shields. We have dewdrop and the Blade eidolon that counts up his damage taken, so it's basically that but the buff gets stronger for every like, 3000 HP healed (and then do a BS for the ultimate where the next pop doesn't consume the count).
Love the idea of a mono destruction team, that said you kinda shut down an hp buffer too quick, saying that if it was a team-wide hp buff they could be used as a sustain in other teams if well invested. But… it really doesn’t have to be a team-wide buff. I know it was done so to lead in better to your mono destruction idea, but I think that a harmony specialised for Blade while not useless for some other characters wouldn’t be that hard to make without breaking the game.
they need a Furina like Harmony unit that buffs character based on self HP drain. a Nihility unit that debuffs enemies when an ally drain their own HP and Erudition unit that makes a follow up every time an ally drains own HP. all of them has drain HP mechanic when they use their skill or perform basic attack, we can call this team the Suicide Squad 😂
In one of your videos you said that you need ideas for new videos, since it is hard to come up with them on your own. So here is one about that rumor, that has been out and aboutt lately - the New Path. It is said, that the new Path - Remembrance - will be added to the game, and it will fully embrace the idea of playable characters adding summons to fight alongside them. And since this path is likely bound to the upcomming StarRail&Fate collab, this will surely a big nuke on the community, just like HTB was when he was added. So, the main question - how do you expect this addition to affect current meta? And here are some smaller questions, based around that: 1)How do you think, will summons work like they did before, where they just "exist there" and do their own stuff, or will it be like in that trashcan event and we will be able to actually control them? 2)It is said that this new kind of summons will also have their own, separate HP bars, and they can be attacked like any party member. So, how do you think, what will happen if summon dies - will the master have some sort of way to resummon them, or are they gone for good and should be looked for like all partymembers? 3)Personally, I am kinda curious in WHO will they be summoning. Like, is that some sort of made-up being like all summons before, or will they be like memories of actual people? The Paths name and oncomming collab suggest the second is propably true... This will also make Remembrance a bit unique - other paths already have 3 units who have summons, but all of them are kinda faceless - bunnies for lingsha, Numby for Topaz, the thunder-dude for Jing Yuan - they are either faceless or dont really have a human-like personality. But a path specifically about preserving memories AND about creating summons... should propably create summons from memories, memories about Heroes from times long past. From what I know about "Fate", this would fit really well into their enigma. 4)Okay, so their path is all about creating summons. But... What WILL those summons do? Will they all be Attacking enemies? Supporting allies? Defending? From what I expect, they might as well be like nihility and have crippling identity crisis - "Heal or kill?". Although personally, I like the idea of the Characters of Remembrance creating not "just" summons, but summons following some path. Again, if summons, like I personally expect, will be actual people, even if long gone, they, too, would have some sort of path they follow. So, that would make Remembrance work essentially like 2 characters. Though that makes them look a bit like existing paths, so I hope they find some way to make Remembrance really distinct from others. Well, that pretty much summs up all my thoughts on this matter. I hope you will read this, and will not hesitate to copypaste this under every new video until i get a responce Hope this was interesting)
I'm curious. Is Blade's value actually the lowest? I'm an Argenti main, so I'm biased towards him, but I was sure Argenti was the 5 star with the lowest value. I'm curious as to why Blade would be worse? Great video. I like your concept videos because they give me hope that someone like Blade could actually come back one day.
No Blade is not the lowest value limited 5*, check prydwen's tier lists. Considering the average of the 3 endgame modes, he is ahead of Jing Yuan and on par with DHIL and Jingliu.
as an argenti fan, who keeps pushing him off because cant afford to pick him, clara being my first 5star meaning I have physical damage dealer and needed other characters, and a blade enjoyer argenti wins out, good in pf, the way the lv2 ult works feels solid in specific fights for apoc and even moc, meanwhile blade is always just... relatively comfy but very slow in his clears when its working, with basically no utility, no great big burst, way less aoe, and also rng on how often you get the aoe fua because you wont proc it yourself that often vs enemies hitting you... hes rough, as much as I love him.
well... with sunday u can build him to have a lot of crit damage and low crit rate 'cause you can get crit rate from many sources, and that 20% crit rate buff that sunday gives is no joke... who am i kidding I AM A BLADE MAIN AND I'VE BEEN STARVING FOR OVER A YEAR, I CANT TKAE THIS ANYMORE IDC IF SUNDAY'S NOT GOOD WITH HIM, I WILL TAKE ANYTHING
i think the acheron idea could also work well for a preservation dps as well using the Quake dmg mechanic from SU/DU how i think that would work is they absorb all shields up creation to charge their talent while x% of that charge gets sharerd as a teamwide shield. When shields take dmg their charge decreases. They can then spend x% charge use their ult while also doing aformentioned quake dmg upon being attacked or attacking like in SU/DU
He actually needs a new dedicated planar set, along with some units that can split buff atk+ hp% like fuxuan does , or just slap buffer to flat blast dmg would be actually good , like example for xiao he's been in the dark since no buffer for plunge dmg exist until xianyun release, he can only do max 32k-40k dmg instance but after xianyun he gets 140k . the flat dmg plunge from her means every old meta chars can do big pp dmg without big effort is actually game changing, imagine if hsr treats old char like genshin does it would be great for us who have tons of old meta that we like bcs of the uniqueness, and also can buff any dps so its actually not gonna break the game
Make a unit like robin but for hp. Each time ally attacks they either take the total amount of hp on the team as extra damage or you pick one person to use there hp damage.
Man. I have e0s1 Blade and for a long time didn't have problem with any mode using him. I even 0 cycled Kafka with a sustain recently (granted i used e1s2 Sparkle and e1s1 Ruan Mei, but it is still quite impressive imo). The biggest problem I had was with Hoolay, because he was basically tailor made for Fuxiao - one target eith a lot of hp - Blade's main weakness. (That's why I want his e1 - it will fix his problem). Even still, i cleared with him in 4 cycle using 2 4-stars, which is pretty much average. He's not that bad, imo. All he needs is one dedicated hp dupport who will allow him to drain hp like Jade does. He will not be the best, but he will be solid to great.
He needs something like furina who buffs a lot for HP variation where your HP goes up and down/by a large quantity, which Blade does. And.who also helps drain his HP. This would also make his E1 even stronger
Blade was the first character that i liked enough to go for the lightcone, and that made me miss every other unit until jingliu, who’s ALSO falling off. I hate, HATE how jingyuan gets constant favoritism and buffs from hoyo while these other units have been fully ignored since release, they better change it soon but with the summon meta incoming it seems like they just want the game to be jingyuan’s bizarre adventure 🙄🙄
all you need to do is increase his number of FuA, another HP draining harmony would easily bring him up to speed. buffing already inflated HP stat does nothing. If you have doubts look at e6 blade
I love Blade and would like to use him outside of SU stuff but that may never happen but i would like to fight him. I think a boss Blade fight would be pretty good
To be honest, all blade needs is an abudance character that either gives him max hp (and no, not like 8 or 10% like fu xuan gives or lnxy, like 100 or 150 for 1/2 turn, i know its sounds bs but it would be only for 1 character so it could be balanced) or taunt, or even both, blade can't realy on harmony characters as his scales from hp and he is kinda the only one and as harmony supposed to bring buffs not more sustaining, while blade scales from sustain stat I hope hoyo decides to bring in hp scaling meta for characters so blade can reach his peak as i love hp scaling in games as it simplify's a part of the game and i can relax my brain and makes my characters or character a bruiser, a juggernaut But to be honest tingyun's arival can make all characters a break character with her giving a character weakness ignore (making SW's important gimick dead) so superbreak blade (wich is comic strong) is actually viable, but i want hp scaling team

they can't. they can pull it off for clara since she's a standard character but powercreeping a limited 5 star character is asking for the chinese playerbase to pull off a tianamen square protest against mihoyo

@waveman047 yep. But let me ask this, too: what if, like the Gravity spells in Final fantasy games, they give new enemies attacks that deal a % dmg of the current HP they have... Plus, for the lowest HP members of the roster... all that HP is gonna mean less if your unit also has poor DEF. Honestly, even if my Pela had twice the HP, the end game bosses would still be able to take her down if 3 mobs targeted her in a row 😬 But in that case, players could prioritize DEF% to the relics to make the difference
So Feixiao but Destruction? Honestly, I'll wait for a Preservation that "Stores" Missing Health, alongside a Harmony that gives Buffs that PowerUp Allies for Health.
i think he's already doomed since his skill only does 1 instance of damage per action same goes for his ult. not unless hoyo will release a support that allows them to deal multiple instances of damage per action. this problem also applies for dr.ratio, but atleast dr.ratio has his premium follow up comp. that mitigates his low damage

Blade's potential with your "Destruction Acheron" is somewhat already present in SU in the form of the 3 Star Blast Heal Abundance Blessing, letting you run Blade as your sustain so you won't need to put someone and go full in on DMG. All we really need for Blade to shine is use his specialised kit of being able to tank a lot, hp loss and of course a large DMG output to compensate and compete with other types of meta. For all we know, this "Destruction Acheron" will make you unkillable by splitting DMG, DMG reduction and healing very little amounts, but put Blade in there you get actual healing for free, and make 4 unkillable destruction team an actual thing
He’s busted if you have his LC and e1, and then run Jade Blade FUA with Lingsha and Robin that comp will do better than any comp besides Acheron, premium FUA or Break. So I think he’s perfectly fine right now, and has the ability to grow in value if they add a support or sustain specifically tailored for him.
But the conversation wasn’t about “which team is better with Jade and FUA in mind” but rather “where do Blade’s best teams rank in terms of other teams atm” and to that end a Blade Jade FUA team comp with Lingsha and Robin and all of them utilizing sig LCs would certainly be Blade’s best utilization. And if you have e1 and his gear is reasonably built, he is totally capable of clearing all content with that team comp, and potentially even zero cycling content considering the wind weakness-focused content designed for Feixiao atm. All of this is to say that Blade mains that have vertically invested already are in a totally comfortable spot right now with a perfectly functioning premium team comp option, Blade certainly isn’t even close to the worst premium dps you can own at the moment, and he still hasn’t reached his ceiling considering that they could still release a dedicated support/sustain that’s made to fit his mechanics the way they already did with Jade recently.

Brother I have him e1s1 as well and it’s a great scene. What are you on about? Respectfully. I was able to skip Feixiao and prioritize other areas of my account by having this exact Blade team and Acheron, and with Robin and Lingsha being so universally good, I can easily switch them into other team comps when we move into the next set of enemies that aren’t so heavily wind weakness-leaning. To name two that are lower than Blade currently, Jingliu is clearly lower than him in this current meta considering she can’t slot into a lot of FUA teams the way Blade can and ice typing being so low on the typing rankings. And IL Dan Heng struggles with SP positivity even with his premium team, and also suffers from having the lowest typing effectiveness in Imaginary. Blade’s aforementioned new FUA comp will outdo those two easily against the current endgame content.
@@waveman047lowest value units are Argenti and Silver Wolf. That's the truth. Argenti can guarantee one side yes but his flexibility outside that one side of PF is terrible. Blade can still full clear every single mode right now and though his PF isn't as good as argenti, with the appropriate/good teams for each mode he can clear all of them comfortably. Silver Wolf's main value just isn't valuable anymore, hasn't been for a long time. No teams actually care about that kind of weakness implant, especially with it being conditional. She is only kind of useful in certain Seele/Acheron teams but she is outdone by other supports like Jiaoqiu or Robin, and soon Sunday as well. Sunday will upgrade Jing Yuan massively so he won't be one of the lowest value anymore Sunday will also help Blade and Jingliu, and a bit to DHIL
Though i think if there was a “destruction acheron” there would be infinite malding from the hsr community who is still in the mindset that destruction is the best path in the game. The idea of buffing destruction is ridiculous to the majority of players probably

No you are right JY currently is the worst and it’s not close. It’s definitely not seele as she still is able to keep up. You don’t evaluate a dps at the worst you evaluate them at the best. And JY just falls so behind it’s crazy
When he got released he was the most busted character in the game. Nobody had crazy damage teams yet so having an unkillable dps that could literally solo moc 10 was insane.

E2- Enhanced Basic heals team by 5%, gives 2 ult stacks to whole team and applies a 20% Vulnerability debuff.
E4- Using Enhanced Basic gives self 4 energy and increases duration of skill by 1 turn (never have to skill again)
E6- Enhanced Basic scaling increased by (20% of Max HP)* No. Of Ult stacks. Ult starts off with 10 stacks.

This reminds me of what I came up with for a possible kit for Duke Inferno.
A kit that was focused on amount of HP consumed to provide buffs while applying a lot of burn on everything including their own allies as a way of triggering the HP Consumption.
The Ultimate isn’t based on this but rather is something that can heal your damaged allies according to how much damage they have taken while the ultimate is active. This will be 25% of the damage that they take for 3 turns.
Once the three turns is up Duke Inferno will then release an attack that will hit even their own allies in an AOE situation that will deal a set number of damage equal to the damage received during the charge period among all allies. It will deal the full value to all enemies but will cap at around 2500 damage to your own allies.
His talent gives all burned allies the following effect.
When attacking take burn damage then if this unit has 50% or less HP, gain 10 Energy.
I call this ability Ignition.
The skill burns all other allies for two turns while dealing blast damage to the target. Targets hit by this attack will also be burned.
His traces includes the following.
Increases damage dealt to burned enemies by 10%.
While at 50% HP or less, increases crit damage dealt to burned targets by 25%.
If all units in play are burned, both friend and foe, upon using the ultimate for the first time this turn, gain energy equal to half the max.
Eidolons are specifically designed to help add more utility.
E1 Everflame
Burned allies will not be knocked out from burn damage.
E2 Burning Desire
When a burned unit takes damage outside of burn damage, all Path of Destruction units you have gain 10% crit rate and 5% crit damage for three turns. If all allies are Path of Destruction, gain 25% crit rate and 20% Crit Damage instead.
E4 Flickering Flame
When activating Ultimate, all units with more than half HP Consume HP until they are at half HP. Consumed HP becomes a shield.
A units with less than half HP restore HP until they are at half HP.
E6 Until the world knows Destruction
Increases the Max HP of all Burned allies by 25% for the burn duration.
All Burned allies gain 10% Crit Damage equal to the difference between their current HP and their Max HP divided by 1500. (Max 150 Crit Damage.)
To make that last one a little easier to understand here is the formula.
10% times the Max HP-Current HP divided by 1000.
Max 150%
This effectively makes it so that for every 1000 HP that is missing from the user, they gain an extra 10% Crit Damage. But if their current HP is far lower than their max HP, you get a higher payout.
The kit sounds fit, but has some issue:
1.If he is focusing on burn then there's unnecessary interplay with nihility
2. E1 has to be in base kit, since all self-inflicted damage sources in the game have never been lethal so far
3. Below 50% requirement can grief some characters who cannot consistently stay there and also raises a need for a specific unit that can ensure survival below 50% without healing over this threshold or producing strong shields. I want to highlight that blade has a trace that increases incoming healing while below 50%.
But I like the idea of burning allies, using it as a base might actually lead to a good character design
I really feel bad about Blade. He has a unique kit, being almost unkillable, but dealing less damage is, in my opinion, really suited for him specifically. But in a game where every endgame mode is focused on how quickly enemies are defeated, lower damage for being a dps is not apritieted. His big upside of being tanky does not hold much value because of limited sustain units, which provide more utility for the team.
Unfortunately, the kit of Blade, right now, doesn't belong in hsr

Because the concept of ultimate that doesnt based on energy got introduced there is a lot of potential for new dps. Example like a character ult that gain 1 stack by a character doing a FUA, or after a toughness bar of an enemy got broken or in this case if they were to make a DPS that has the same ult system, gaining 1 stack for every instant of HP lost. But they could also capped it like archeron where in 1 turn they can only gain 1 stack at a time which would kinda suck cause if it is not uncapped jade and blade combo would be the best battery for that specific DPS.
perhaps they are gonna make ever flame mansion comeback. Duke Inferno may be like phoenix, will be reborn after death, but it is just a headcanon
A destruction acheron would be cool destruction was some problems like needing to being hit or draining hp etc

Good news apparently castorice, one of the most hyped characters of Amphoreus with a dragon as her memosprite will be an HP scaling DPS, Mydei (Also HP scaling) is rumored to be her BiS teammate as a sub dps and Tribbie as the best support - I do have a feeling blade can get into castorice teams if people do not pull mydei and act as a sub dps, gotta wait for more info tho until then its looking spicy for our boy blade.

Chick winga already buffed Blade by a giga amount. Chick Wings weakest is lack of atk buff to be good with non high stat DPS but Blade doesn't utilize atk and just abuse his buffs by a ton.

@unendingvoid it's like a Bronya doubling his turns with perma buff that are much more strong than Hanabi and makes Blade have 100% crit rate
I think an interesting design space would be a unit that has a buff which counts up healing (but NOT overhealing) a unit receives and applies stat boosts based on the total. This way his HP modulation becomes a touch more relevant and it pulls a little power from shields.
We have dewdrop and the Blade eidolon that counts up his damage taken, so it's basically that but the buff gets stronger for every like, 3000 HP healed (and then do a BS for the ultimate where the next pop doesn't consume the count).
Love the idea of a mono destruction team, that said you kinda shut down an hp buffer too quick, saying that if it was a team-wide hp buff they could be used as a sustain in other teams if well invested. But… it really doesn’t have to be a team-wide buff. I know it was done so to lead in better to your mono destruction idea, but I think that a harmony specialised for Blade while not useless for some other characters wouldn’t be that hard to make without breaking the game.
they need a Furina like Harmony unit that buffs character based on self HP drain. a Nihility unit that debuffs enemies when an ally drain their own HP and Erudition unit that makes a follow up every time an ally drains own HP. all of them has drain HP mechanic when they use their skill or perform basic attack, we can call this team the Suicide Squad 😂
In one of your videos you said that you need ideas for new videos, since it is hard to come up with them on your own. So here is one about that rumor, that has been out and aboutt lately - the New Path.
It is said, that the new Path - Remembrance - will be added to the game, and it will fully embrace the idea of playable characters adding summons to fight alongside them. And since this path is likely bound to the upcomming StarRail&Fate collab, this will surely a big nuke on the community, just like HTB was when he was added.
So, the main question - how do you expect this addition to affect current meta?
And here are some smaller questions, based around that:
1)How do you think, will summons work like they did before, where they just "exist there" and do their own stuff, or will it be like in that trashcan event and we will be able to actually control them?
2)It is said that this new kind of summons will also have their own, separate HP bars, and they can be attacked like any party member. So, how do you think, what will happen if summon dies - will the master have some sort of way to resummon them, or are they gone for good and should be looked for like all partymembers?
3)Personally, I am kinda curious in WHO will they be summoning. Like, is that some sort of made-up being like all summons before, or will they be like memories of actual people? The Paths name and oncomming collab suggest the second is propably true... This will also make Remembrance a bit unique - other paths already have 3 units who have summons, but all of them are kinda faceless - bunnies for lingsha, Numby for Topaz, the thunder-dude for Jing Yuan - they are either faceless or dont really have a human-like personality. But a path specifically about preserving memories AND about creating summons... should propably create summons from memories, memories about Heroes from times long past. From what I know about "Fate", this would fit really well into their enigma.
4)Okay, so their path is all about creating summons. But... What WILL those summons do? Will they all be Attacking enemies? Supporting allies? Defending? From what I expect, they might as well be like nihility and have crippling identity crisis - "Heal or kill?". Although personally, I like the idea of the Characters of Remembrance creating not "just" summons, but summons following some path. Again, if summons, like I personally expect, will be actual people, even if long gone, they, too, would have some sort of path they follow. So, that would make Remembrance work essentially like 2 characters. Though that makes them look a bit like existing paths, so I hope they find some way to make Remembrance really distinct from others.
Well, that pretty much summs up all my thoughts on this matter. I hope you will read this, and will not hesitate to copypaste this under every new video until i get a responce

Argenti is great in PF while blade is jut alright in pf without Jade and MoC without e1 jade
No Blade is not the lowest value limited 5*, check prydwen's tier lists.
Considering the average of the 3 endgame modes, he is ahead of Jing Yuan and on par with DHIL and Jingliu.
as an argenti fan, who keeps pushing him off because cant afford to pick him, clara being my first 5star meaning I have physical damage dealer and needed other characters, and a blade enjoyer
argenti wins out, good in pf, the way the lv2 ult works feels solid in specific fights for apoc and even moc, meanwhile blade is always just... relatively comfy but very slow in his clears when its working, with basically no utility, no great big burst, way less aoe, and also rng on how often you get the aoe fua because you wont proc it yourself that often vs enemies hitting you...

i think the acheron idea could also work well for a preservation dps as well using the Quake dmg mechanic from SU/DU
how i think that would work is they absorb all shields up creation to charge their talent while x% of that charge gets sharerd as a teamwide shield. When shields take dmg their charge decreases. They can then spend x% charge use their ult while also doing aformentioned quake dmg upon being attacked or attacking like in SU/DU
He actually needs a new dedicated planar set, along with some units that can split buff atk+ hp% like fuxuan does , or just slap buffer to flat blast dmg would be actually good , like example for xiao he's been in the dark since no buffer for plunge dmg exist until xianyun release, he can only do max 32k-40k dmg instance but after xianyun he gets 140k . the flat dmg plunge from her means every old meta chars can do big pp dmg without big effort is actually game changing, imagine if hsr treats old char like genshin does it would be great for us who have tons of old meta that we like bcs of the uniqueness, and also can buff any dps so its actually not gonna break the game
Make a unit like robin but for hp. Each time ally attacks they either take the total amount of hp on the team as extra damage or you pick one person to use there hp damage.
Man. I have e0s1 Blade and for a long time didn't have problem with any mode using him. I even 0 cycled Kafka with a sustain recently (granted i used e1s2 Sparkle and e1s1 Ruan Mei, but it is still quite impressive imo). The biggest problem I had was with Hoolay, because he was basically tailor made for Fuxiao - one target eith a lot of hp - Blade's main weakness. (That's why I want his e1 - it will fix his problem). Even still, i cleared with him in 4 cycle using 2 4-stars, which is pretty much average.
He's not that bad, imo. All he needs is one dedicated hp dupport who will allow him to drain hp like Jade does. He will not be the best, but he will be solid to great.
He needs something like furina who buffs a lot for HP variation where your HP goes up and down/by a large quantity, which Blade does. And.who also helps drain his HP. This would also make his E1 even stronger
Blade was the first character that i liked enough to go for the lightcone, and that made me miss every other unit until jingliu, who’s ALSO falling off.
I hate, HATE how jingyuan gets constant favoritism and buffs from hoyo while these other units have been fully ignored since release, they better change it soon but with the summon meta incoming it seems like they just want the game to be jingyuan’s bizarre adventure 🙄🙄
Just pair him with Jingliu, Arlan and Luocha or Bailu and then wait for another HP consumption character vro
all you need to do is increase his number of FuA, another HP draining harmony would easily bring him up to speed. buffing already inflated HP stat does nothing. If you have doubts look at e6 blade

To be honest, all blade needs is an abudance character that either gives him max hp (and no, not like 8 or 10% like fu xuan gives or lnxy, like 100 or 150 for 1/2 turn, i know its sounds bs but it would be only for 1 character so it could be balanced) or taunt, or even both, blade can't realy on harmony characters as his scales from hp and he is kinda the only one and as harmony supposed to bring buffs not more sustaining, while blade scales from sustain stat
I hope hoyo decides to bring in hp scaling meta for characters so blade can reach his peak as i love hp scaling in games as it simplify's a part of the game and i can relax my brain and makes my characters or character a bruiser, a juggernaut

Plus, for the lowest HP members of the roster... all that HP is gonna mean less if your unit also has poor DEF. Honestly, even if my Pela had twice the HP, the end game bosses would still be able to take her down if 3 mobs targeted her in a row 😬 But in that case, players could prioritize DEF% to the relics to make the difference

Blade's potential with your "Destruction Acheron" is somewhat already present in SU in the form of the 3 Star Blast Heal Abundance Blessing, letting you run Blade as your sustain so you won't need to put someone and go full in on DMG.
All we really need for Blade to shine is use his specialised kit of being able to tank a lot, hp loss and of course a large DMG output to compensate and compete with other types of meta. For all we know, this "Destruction Acheron" will make you unkillable by splitting DMG, DMG reduction and healing very little amounts, but put Blade in there you get actual healing for free, and make 4 unkillable destruction team an actual thing
He’s busted if you have his LC and e1, and then run Jade Blade FUA with Lingsha and Robin that comp will do better than any comp besides Acheron, premium FUA or Break. So I think he’s perfectly fine right now, and has the ability to grow in value if they add a support or sustain specifically tailored for him.
the ironic part is you can debt collect lingsha instead of blade and put in bronya instead of blade and you have a much better team in aoe content.
But the conversation wasn’t about “which team is better with Jade and FUA in mind” but rather “where do Blade’s best teams rank in terms of other teams atm” and to that end a Blade Jade FUA team comp with Lingsha and Robin and all of them utilizing sig LCs would certainly be Blade’s best utilization. And if you have e1 and his gear is reasonably built, he is totally capable of clearing all content with that team comp, and potentially even zero cycling content considering the wind weakness-focused content designed for Feixiao atm. All of this is to say that Blade mains that have vertically invested already are in a totally comfortable spot right now with a perfectly functioning premium team comp option, Blade certainly isn’t even close to the worst premium dps you can own at the moment, and he still hasn’t reached his ceiling considering that they could still release a dedicated support/sustain that’s made to fit his mechanics the way they already did with Jade recently.

Brother I have him e1s1 as well and it’s a great scene. What are you on about? Respectfully. I was able to skip Feixiao and prioritize other areas of my account by having this exact Blade team and Acheron, and with Robin and Lingsha being so universally good, I can easily switch them into other team comps when we move into the next set of enemies that aren’t so heavily wind weakness-leaning.
To name two that are lower than Blade currently, Jingliu is clearly lower than him in this current meta considering she can’t slot into a lot of FUA teams the way Blade can and ice typing being so low on the typing rankings. And IL Dan Heng struggles with SP positivity even with his premium team, and also suffers from having the lowest typing effectiveness in Imaginary. Blade’s aforementioned new FUA comp will outdo those two easily against the current endgame content.
@@waveman047lowest value units are Argenti and Silver Wolf. That's the truth. Argenti can guarantee one side yes but his flexibility outside that one side of PF is terrible. Blade can still full clear every single mode right now and though his PF isn't as good as argenti, with the appropriate/good teams for each mode he can clear all of them comfortably.
Silver Wolf's main value just isn't valuable anymore, hasn't been for a long time. No teams actually care about that kind of weakness implant, especially with it being conditional. She is only kind of useful in certain Seele/Acheron teams but she is outdone by other supports like Jiaoqiu or Robin, and soon Sunday as well.
Sunday will upgrade Jing Yuan massively so he won't be one of the lowest value anymore
Sunday will also help Blade and Jingliu, and a bit to DHIL
